I like the way this hotel maintains its oriental look and feel, blended with a modern 80s style tropical architecture. Even after the name changed from the Le Meridien, there have been some changes, but in subtle ways, the oriental artifacts are still kept in its look.

I am happy stayed in the hotel, everything is good.

1. Upon arrival, there was no welcome/no staff, and no one even offered to help with luggage. 2. At check-in, the staff was unfriendly and didn't follow the requested notes. 3. During the make-up room, tissues weren't refilled when requested over the phone, and they didn't arrive until the next make-up room, even after repeated reminders. 4. Overall, with prices quite above average, it's not recommended for Indonesians.

Staying at Concorde Hotel Singapore was a pleasant experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and peaceful, making it a great place to relax after a busy day. The room was neat, comfortable, and well maintained. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of both the room and the hotel’s common areas. The staff service was excellent. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Their warm and attentive service made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, Concorde Hotel Singapore is a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff, good service, and a convenient location. I would definitely consider staying here again.

The restaurant staff are really nice, friendly, and fun. They're especially child-friendly. The receptionists are friendly and very helpful, and they all speak Malay. 😍😘💖

The hotel was amazing and spacious; however, the dust needs to be maintained in the room. The check-in process was super fast and easy. The male receptionist was very nice; however, the female made things uneasy and super unwelcoming, even when we checked out.
