ease of access to mrt line, bus and daily stapples. Walking distance from pan pac to promenade mrt station, not to forget suntec city has a direct access from level 2 of the hotel just go straight toward there's a bridge connected from marina square. Hotel room cleanliness is good, oh ya, this hotel's bathroom did not equip with bidet (so sad).

Edge, the restaurant has a variety of menus and the taste is also excellent.

There was 1 staff in the main lobby, forcing people to take a taxi, even though I had ordered a grab. When my grab arrived. He was angry because I didn't want to take a taxi.

Love the overall staying. Will come back.

While the hotel in general was great - room (premiere marina king) is nice, hotel location very strategic and facilities are well maintained, there are big misunderstanding during the check in. 1. Reception was not communicative during check in and they downgraded my room reservation from Premiere to Deluxe (picture attached). Complained the duty manager and it wasted few hours debating until finally we were given our Premiere room. Pan Pacific front desk including the duty manager is not apologizing sincerely for the downgrade but they give lots of reasoning and being arrogantly rude. Not the kind of service expected from a 5 star hotel. 2. Traveloka stated the room (Premiere) is including bathtub while in actual there is none. This is misleading and the hotel cannot do anything and asked us to ask to Traveloka for explanation. Picture of the promo/ad attached. For 2k SGD that I paid for this hotel, surely will not coming back for the front desk service is barely there.

Hotelnya super bersih, staff super ramah dan sangat membantu, dekat dengan stasiun MRT, lokasi strategis dan berada di atas mall jadi mudah kalo mau belanja. Puas stay di hotel ini.

The room was very spacious and the city view from the 32nd storey was amazing. Was fortunate enough to check-in earlier than allocated time. The hotel was close to a lot of places of interest. Me and my friend was able to do duck tour, playing arcade at suntec city, catching the light shows at the national gallery and dinner at Lau Pa Sat, all in a day's itinerary. The only gripe I had was the online check-in system from Pan Pacific. The user interface was quite confusing for 1st time user like myself. And the system kept returning to the main page before I could finish inputing my details for the check-in. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Excellent location since we are staying for Singapore Marathon.

The service was great, my plane was early, I asked for breakfast to be prepared before leaving, the counter in the lobby was 24 hours and you could ask for a taxi

No complain. Room was spacious. Food was great and many variation. Only no bidet in the toilet. Lol.

Nice place, good amenities. TWG tea, toiletries balmain, nespresso machine in room. Near MRT station, aboue 3-5 minutes walk. Good service/hospitality. Pre order breakfast for sahur to replace buffet breakfast for those who are fasting during ramadhan. Appreciate for giving us late check out until 2PM. Overall pleasant experience at pan pacific singapore.

Great hotel, great stay! One of the best room with harbor view in Singapore. You can enjoy the wide angle of the Marina Bay area which is iconic for Singapore from garden by the bay, Marina Bay sand, Esplanade and colorful skyscraper buildings (DBS, HSBC and ANZ). The hotel also has the sky lift which allow us to see the beautiful scenery on the other side of the hotel. The room is spacious with standing bar for 2 person as well as wide working table. Very clean and comfortable bed. The bathroom is spacious too with separate shower and bathtub. The The amenities are from Belmain Australia. The gym has various nice and relatively new equipment and cleaned regularly. The swimming pool is big, there is part for kids and adults. It has dedicated changing room with water extractor which help to dry your swim suit faster. The hotel has very gorgeous Japanese restaurant with beautiful architectures and Koi pond which bring you to Japan version in Singapore and inside a hotel.

Plus:- Large room (46 square meters) - Fantastic views of the sea and the CBD. - large toilet. - Nice free standing deep Kaldewei bathtub. - Bathtub next to glass partition, so can view. TV from tub. Speaker linked to TV in bathroom. - separate shower, toilet area. - Large work table and comfortable Herman Miller chair. - av panel by the work table to connect laptop, media stick to TV.- Higher end Nespresso machine (zenius) - Remote control curtain.- comfortable single seat sofa with leg rest. - Comfortable bed with ottoman. - Small bar table with bar stools a nice touch. Minus: - small TV (40 inch Samsung TV) - no Chromecast. - no usb bedside charging. - no Bluetooth speaker. - aircon is a little loud. - lack of Toto washlet.

Well done service and found out that the receptionist had still remember me which was last stay was on 2017! Excellent.

Location is great. We can walk to go Garden By the Bay within 10 m only.
