I stayed in this hotel a few times. It’s a wonderful place to stay because of its strategic location. In front of the hotel is the new MRT Orchard (brown line), and the hotel is connected to Tanglin Mall, which is full of food tenants and a high-quality supermarket. Definitely, I’ll come back for the stay.

The cleanliness is good enough and MRT is just right in front of the hotel. Tanglin Mall is just right beside. Another thing, loved the shower water pressure.

More TV channel selection; Or maybe a smart TV with Netflix/Spotify installed would be nice.

Check in took a long time, the reception staff was not very helpful and not very friendly. We brought a baby but they were not at all fast in checking us in even though our baby was already cranky and needed rest.

One of the best hotels on my list, our family was so delighted staying in this hotel. While we visit Singapore again, definitely our family will stay again. Thanks for pleasuring us with the good hospitality.

Close to MRT so it's easy to go anywhere

I stayed here for more than a week and I loved it! The location is very strategic, and the most important thing is how friendly the staff is! Especially the room service lady. They are so nice and always greet us. I didn't try the breakfast, but I did order room service. They are delicious. The room is so clean, everything feels like new, like no scratch! No smells! Definitely will be back!

The staff member named Danial was incredibly helpful in finding an early check-in and making some adjustments to my bed order.

The check in staffs (check in at 8pm) are super slow. Wait for a long time just 2 person in front of me. When check out, try to find my luggage, the staffs (same person when check in, 1 indian female, 1 gender neutral) can't find my bags. The thing is: they are super slow, and ignorant, and unwilling to help. But the staff that help me to bring the luggage down from the room, and help to keep them, and even help me to tied the boxes so it 's easier to bring my boxes is very extraordinary. He is willing to help from heart. I can tell and feel the willingness to help and serve. I just forget his name. Thank you so much for your extra service to tie my boxes. Service is from heart, and I appreciate it very much.

The hotel location is superb, just a walking distance to MRT orchard Boulevard and the Tanglin Mall just behind the hotel. The room also clean and the bed was good.
