Good hotel, ok staff, city center

A comfortable stay for my family.

Good hotel location and hotel room is very clean.

Good place in a good area. Walking distance to shopping area.

Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. All the staffs are friendly and helpful. Checking in and out is smooth. Great location. About 5 min walk to orchard point. The double standard can occupied by my family of 4 comfortably (2 teenagers). We'll be back there.

We went on holiday to Singapore from Indonesia and stayed for four nights at this hotel, The hotel was clean and we were very comportable with the service. All the staff were very kind and sincere in their service. Thank you all.

A good solution for business. It is a good and quiet location. Good value for money! Service OK, food OK. No, complain!

Strategic location, allowing additional 2 child (below 17th). Punctual check in time, universal power socket available, no need to bring adapter. Comfortable bed, and less noise.

Actually, the overall room, lobby, breakfast are ok, the hotel is comfortable, clean, the room service food is really bad, I ordered the mushroom soup with sourness, it looked like it was stale, try to complain about being replaced but it's the same, the only thing that's delicious is the pasta because I ordered 3 satay items , mushroom soup, pasta, satay are not good either, maybe our tongue is wrong. Finally, the mushroom soup transaction voided, but there's no complement, say sorry, etc., at least the manager is in the same class as a 4-star hotel. I was out lazy, I was asked to make small talk like how today, I was busy answering, I don't know I just arrived, I was asked again during the school holidays, he said I don't know, are you a Singaporean or not. Yes, maybe in the future I won't stay here anymore. For the room there is no issue, clean, fragrant, big too.

The hotel is close to Orchard Centrepoint and Orchard Gateway, Sommerset Station is only a few hundred meters away, there are lots of places to eat around, the hotel room is clean and the bed is comfortable enough for a family of 4, recommended for families.

The room is spacious, comfy and super clean. Breakfast also delicious too ⭐.

Overall, I'll just give it B because it's very lacking in terms of cleanliness, especially near the window glass, it's very unsatisfactory and dirty, at a pretty expensive price. I stayed 4 nights and the price was fantastic, not a standard 4 star hotel.

The rooms are well maintained. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Location is very good, near OG shopping center, Center Point and 313 Somerset.

They told me to have a deposit during my stay but upon check-out they still didn't refund me. When I reminded them they apologized and said they will refund my account immediately but it has been more than 10 days and I still have not received the money back.

Nice hotel with easy access to orchard road. Breakfast restaurant needs to be expanded as found to be 100 % full on all 4 days stay.

I booked the 3 rooms with capacity for 3 adult, 1 child/room. Actually the room is not comfortable for a family with 2 kids (3yrs, 9yrs). So I think it is better they don't advertise like it is possible fit for 4 persons/room like that. Also, during our stay for 3 days, they didn't clean the room.
