The staff is a bit rude. It's really not that comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful, even when it was late at night. Very helpful with directions.

Clean room, free drinking water, location is ok, 400 km to MRT Little India

Plus: Very strategic location, close to the bus stop, so you can get everywhere. However, the MRT station is a bit far. However, if you want to go anywhere, just take the bus; it's cheap and not far compared to the MRT. Another plus: the rooms are clean, and drinking water is provided from a filtered tap. The bathroom is clean. Another plus: it's close to a halal prata restaurant. The food is quite good. Minus: The rooms are cramped. We rented two rooms, and one of the bathrooms smelled. So we asked to change rooms, and they responded kindly and gave us another room.

Good services, facilities, and I booked for 4 people and it's a really big room. Will come back again next time.

The room and bathroom are clean, there is an available window for those who can't stand a small room.

The location is very strategic, the bus is in front of the hotel and the MRT is not far.

The room is very small, it's difficult to pray, but what can you do, this is Singapore so it's understandable that it's expensive, but overall it's very comfortable, suitable for those who want to make friends, there's also Sevel next door if you're hungry.

The hotel is very comfortable and close to the MRT station and bus stop, places to eat are also just a 5 minute walk away.

Check in/out is very fast, the position for praying is just right, there is no bidet but the shower can be used as a bidet. The AC is very cold so when you come in and out of the room it immediately gets cold

The atmosphere is comfortable and it is easy to get halal food in the hotel area.

This hotel was located around 1.7 km from Bugis, but nearer to Little India MRT, with a 7-Eleven nearby. The family room was spacious with a double bed. The room had some issues like bathroom odor, slippery floors, and lacked soap (only body lotion was provided?!). The staff were efficiently helping during check-in and check-out.

The AC is hot 🥵 No slippers. The bathroom soap is out.

The location is not close to Bugis, the app needs to improve the location. The room is very small, and smells of paint, maybe it's just been repaired, just asking to move immediately, the staff responded quickly, the staff is friendly. The hotel needs to be improved and maintained again.

It's hard to set the AC so the floor doesn't get wet, there are only a few TV channels and they are only local.

The AC settings in our room actually made the floor wet due to condensation, the room is small
