On my second day here, when I left for lunch, I came back finding only the trash was taken out (but not all trash), and my pillow, oh my pillow, was being thrown on top of the other pillow. My bed was not being made at all. I have stayed here before several times and this is the worst ever. I have never met a hotel room where the pillows were being thrown, like if you are angry with your girlfriend/boyfriend, please still be professional at work! If you cannot do that, find a job somewhere else because hospitality is not suitable for you and you are bringing a shame to this 5-star hotel. Sincerely, your disappointed guest!

Whatever you need, it's easy to find, because it's right next to the mall.

Had a pleasant stay. The staff were excellent. Only wish there was a spa. Tried going to Gurney Plaza, but I was only there for 2 nights on the weekend and it was all full.

For a comfortable stay, G Hotel is still the top choice. It's easy to get everywhere, walking distance to Adventist Hospital, and next door to a favorite mall. It's a comfortable hotel for children.

I like staying at G Hotel because the environment is comfortable for my family and I.

The hotel is centrally located in the city center. Direct access to Gurney Mall. The type of room I chose with my family can enjoy the lounge every afternoon.
