This is my 2nd time visiting this hotel, I come for this because the environment is great, and the hotel is unique, not like others. I can choose to stay at the ground floor, and other reasons, let my pictures tell you the best.

Location at tanah rata,our 2nd time staying at this hotel.breakfast was delicious

It is pleasant to stay here...need to prepare deposit RM200..parking space are available..The food are ok..Room are spacious..Iron facility are near the lift..

Great location but poor ventilation in room as ceiling fan creates too much turbulence

3rd time sitting here. Really satisfied. The room is spacious, the atmosphere around the hotel is comfortable, the parking area is spacious, close to the town of Tanah Rata, it takes 10-15 minutes to get to Brinchang. The price offered is also reasonable. Indeed, it is one of the hotels that I will go to again when I go to CH.

The staff of receptionist need to be more friendly and for the food need to upgrade based on taste and variety of menu.

The room is ok, only at night there is noise from the fridge and the toilet in the next room (when the toilet is used). Both of these sounds are so loud that they disturb sleep at night. (A family hears the same noise at night)

Hotel was not satisfied me, for me it 's not worth to stay.

Our third time been here. Definitely always be our first choice in Cameron Highlands. Great hospitality.

Nice room and cleaning room, staff friendly

The room is comfortable.. the lack is near the iron room, it's clean and the iron board is dirty, please upgrade the others, it's super good!

Upstairs people made horrible banging noise till after midnight. Please investigate the matter.

Great but could be improve and more convenient with providing portable iron and iron board to guest room. Provided iron board at iron room looked old and no cover at all.

Will stay at this hotel again. The ambience and surrounding is very peaceful with the accomation. And the cleanliness of the room. The food also nice and the staff is also very polite and friendly

Excellent stay and service with nice view.

We assign room very near to main road. Abit noisy. When we check-in, there is no more double bed but reception joined twin bed for us. Just bed too soft.

Had a pleasant stay for 2 nights. Breakfast is average tho.
