Hotel staff is friendly, location is close to destinations

The room phone was faulty, and the check-in staff gave me the room and failed to give me the Wi-Fi access. The staff is complacent and not customer-oriented. It's blatantly giving a room to clients that has flaws, and it's deliberately done. So pathetic.

It really smells like shit. When we got to the lobby, the room smelled dirty.

I just checked in on the 6th and then just a few minutes after checking in I immediately checked out because the room smelled, the toilet was dirty, there was leftover food in the refrigerator, the spray that was installed was torn and full of holes, basically the worst hotel ever. It's better not to stay here. Don't be influenced by the cheap price.

I dont get it why it is still have good reviews. I booked this at price IDR 300K which was not worth it. It should be only 100K! Bad place to stay

Not strategic, damp rooms create a horror atmosphere, dirty mattresses and blankets, dirty bathrooms, no hotel amenities, at that price it's not worth it, the old building and the market are incomplete.

The hotel atmosphere is not like a hotel, the service is not friendly, there is no hot water, but the hotel staff said there is, the cleanliness is quite dirty, the towels should just be changed, I think I paid too much, with cheap facilities.

An old hotel with a strategic location, unfortunately the condition of the rooms is really dirty, mosquitoes, dust, smells, especially the bathroom has crust on the floor and walls. I feel sorry for the staff but the management doesn't seem to care. I booked 1 night, just entered the room and immediately went out again and looked for another hotel nearby.

Lumayan karena saya tujuan nya yang dekat pelabuhan benoa, kamar lumayan, kamar mandi kran berfungsi baik, cuma warna sprei aja yang udah butek aja warna nya overall lumayan.

Saat Check in tidak mengecek permintaan terkait ranjang, AC tidak dingin, hari pertama sarapan prasmanan ada buah, hari selanjutnya diantar ke kamar tanpa buah.
