The hotel staff was friendly. Upon check-in, the room smelled of cigarettes, and we were immediately given a replacement. The food was quite good.

Maybe the TV can be replaced with a smart TV that has Netflix and YouTube.

The location is close to entertainment venues or malls in the city center... making it easy for us to hang out with the family.

The toilet must be clean, yes.....and the check-in and check-out times must be appropriate....

The bedroom door couldn't be opened at one point, so we had to wait more than an hour for it to be repaired. We had just returned from our activities. We were very tired and needed to rest. The TV cabinet looked like it was about to collapse; when we opened it, the back wall of the cabinet was visible. The bathroom and bedroom were also poorly maintained, with dust in several places making it uncomfortable. Hopefully, this can be fixed in the future.

The hotel atmosphere is good, quiet, and close to morning culinary, if you want to go for a walk it is also interesting.

The hotel needs to be rejuvenated, and the price is very affordable.

I have stayed at Serela several times on weekends (3x) via the app. Unpleasant conditions: 1. The electric kettle didn't work, I complained but it wasn't responded to, and when the service came it still didn't work. 2. The hair dryer in the bathroom didn't work. 3. When checking out, I was held back by the receptionist, who said she was afraid that I would take my belongings with me, even though I had saved my active cell phone number, and I was staying with my family (wife and child). Disappointed with the service provided by Hotel Serela/Kagum Hotel. Management should improve.

The hotel building appears to be old and the rooms need extensive renovation. Upon entering the room, the door handle was slightly broken, the door lock was unusable, and a musty odor was already present. In the bathroom, the sink wouldn't close properly, resulting in a small trickle of water. The bathroom door creaked, but the hotel immediately repaired it. The shower had to wait a while for hot water to flow. The wardrobe in the room should be replaced or repaired to make it more usable. The food menu lacked variety, but the taste was acceptable. Hopefully, this hotel can improve, considering its strategic location.

I swear this is the first time I've found a hotel that is truly comfortable, from the room staff and others, the room is super clean and comfortable, the staff are friendly, next time I'll go on holiday here again

The service was okay when the staff were there But,,,, At first I was happy to get a room upgrade, when I entered the room I immediately saw a wet sofa (see picture) I was curious and smelled the smell of urine, covered it with a sheet and the problem was solved. The second surprise was found by my wife, a big dud when she defecated in the toilet, she found a used condom (see picture) and when she flushed, feces came out of the closet (this one was not photographed because it was disgusting) I immediately called the reception when I was moved and got another upgrade, the condition was better with some shortcomings that could still be tolerated. Disclaimer: this review is not to judge the hotel but this is very important input, and I am giving a fairly balanced review so the hotel please maintain the good and immediately fix what is lacking Thanks

Stayed here, because the previous place could not be extended. Maybe a hotel that has not been renovated. The room is not very clean. Peeling furniture, only upgraded with wall stickers, chairs are also holey, old and dull carpet. Dirty closet. Towels especially, dull.
