cleanliness of the bathroom could be improved. found few strands of hair near the bathtub. cleaned linen, comfy bed and pillows. lobby access from basement carpark via staircase.

Is an old hotel that is located in the city center, very convenience but the sound proofing is not very good. For the price we are charged i will give it a 3 stars out of 4.

The hotel is very old and totally run down, broken toilet seat with leaking pipe, stained bath tub, worn off carpet and house phone not functioning. We were give a room with a small window with partly sea view and pool probably a sub-standard room for online booking! Yes, it's central location but the main road is super busy and entrance is blocked by the patrons of the next door restaurant. FO staff was not helpful. My daughter left her plushie in the room when we checked-out. We called FO who promised to call back in 5 minutes but never did. We went back to the hotel, she never checked with the housekeeping. Waited for 10 minutes to get the plushie back. Not a busy day on Monday perhaps less than 50 rooms! I must say the concierge guy was very helpful.

Very satisfied with the service and room.. the food is also delicious. Recommended.

The hotel is close to the mall, restaurants are also close by.. The pool is clean, the rooms are clean and fragrant.

Best location, bathroom little dirty, variety for breakfast not to much option. But bedromm bery2 clean and big space I'm happy stay this hotel with nice view and location around hotel the best.

the water in the toilet bowl is stagnant too high...water is dripping...maintenance promised to come and fix it again but it never came until it was done

everything is okay, furniture, food, cleanliness is okay, you can get a room with a view, you can watch the sunrise. But there are only 2 things to complain about in the toilet, the sink is dusty, there is hair, and there are ants in the room, my food is covered in ants for up to an hour, if you can use pest control

Aircond bilik tak sejuk, dah bilik pun aircond masih kurang sejuk, dulu bilik oke, sekarang ada berdebu dalam almari dekat hanger baju penuh debu macam tak maintain maintenance. Lepas tu bila flush toilet tak pergi air macam tersumbat, kali ni check in disini tak enjoy, bad experience. ☺️
