I came here with my family for a break. The location right in the city center was the reason we chose this hotel. And it turned out to be connected to a mall. It was quite helpful for finding necessities and food. Unfortunately, there were a few things that made our tiredness even more so. The parking lot, which is also connected to the mall, made it difficult to find parking close to the hotel entrance. The drop-off area was also one-way, and NO CAR WAS PATIENT WHILE WE DROP OFF. Cars behind us kept honking even though we didn't have time to drop off our stuff, and security was also less than helpful in directing the flow of cars. Because this seems like an old hotel, some of the room furnishings are also quite basic. We stayed in a non-smoking room, but the sheets and pillowcases smelled strongly of cigarettes. The front desk was also too flat and unfriendly, but that wasn't a major issue. For a star-rated hotel, it seems the service could be improved, not just relying on location alone.

for a 5 Star Hotel. very unsuitable for service and comfort.. TV has not been upgraded to smart TV yakuzi and swimming pool are not comfortable.. there are still many more uncomfortable things in the room. only to the superior ones close to the city center. tks

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is very friendly @shafira and very kind. I have stayed here several times and it is very comfortable.

The food is all delicious 👍 My suggestion is to change the bathroom to the swimming pool, the lights are brighter and give a bright impression so it's not dark

The swimming pool for kids is not too big so it is easier to guard while accompanying kids swimming. Overall, it is nice.

Always love staying here because everything is really satisfying, the most worth it 5 star hotel because you can go down to Cambridge Mall, there is XXI and all the mall facilities. Check in at 12 was also given yesterday 🥰 the reception was very kind
