Comfortable accommodation when on a business visit to Kota Kinabalu

The staff was friendly and accommodating

Overall a pleasant experience, the staffs were very accommodating. There was repair issue on the room we were supposed to check into but thankfully was resolved quickly with a change of room. Checking in and out process went super smoothly, even as we needed to check out at 5am. Location of the hotel was so close to a lot of restaurants. However parking might be a bit limited at times.

All off Ok la, according to the budget. Only the AC is terrible. Very cold. And it seems like the fan and temperature settings are in error. Already set to 28 degrees, it's still cold. We asked for it to be fixed, but the officer didn't come, maybe because it was already 11 pm. But we like it. 👍👍.

This hotel is good overall, classic and good quality 🙂. Staff was so friendly and helpful, thanks to Lily Shafira who always keep in room clean and tidy for 4 nights, the only downside was it 's not sound proof. Could hear people talking from the room beside. Otherwise it 's excellent 👍, had a good stay, keep up this good quality 🙂.

Old hotel but extraordinarily clean and comfortable.

It is definitely one of a kind hotel to go, you don't see a lot of hotel with the 90s vibe. The room was clean and neat, it is a good choice if you are going for a business trip/short holiday break.

Friendly receptionist. Clean room. Only 1 bad review I had to write here. During breakfast hour, no waiter/staff waiting at the entrance. I had to wait a bit until they notice guest were waiting. After give my coupon to her, we go in to have breakfast. Suddenly there is another waiter stopped us from having the meal and asked for the meal coupon. It pissed me off. If from the entrance there are staff who monitor the registration of the meal coupon, other waiter no need to involve. Looks like you accused us for trespassing the area without valid meal coupon.

Room is clean, parking is limited, there is a bathtub, next time I will come again

The view to the city is quite a bit, the bathroom is a bit cramped

Spacious room, comfortable..staff so friendly..good food..nlike before. breakfast just nasi lemak, kuey teow goreng..this time many options are worth the hotel price. whatever is all best. hotel of my choice when p kk. 👍
