Easy ordering, easy access to the main road

Everything is good, but unfortunately there are very few sockets in the room, they are all used for lights.

The hotel has good facilities, but it's poorly maintained. Upon arrival, guests were left to carry their own luggage. We stayed in the second building, which is separate from the main lobby, making it difficult to cross the busy road to the main lobby.

Never turned away, most comfortable, family friendly, suitable for those who bring children, delicious complete food.

If I'm not mistaken, room 218 was full of ants, dirty, and had hair on the pillow. I'm pretty sure it wasn't replaced (I hope I'm wrong). The wardrobe was newly replaced, but the smell of melamine or varnish was so strong it hurt my eyes. I ended up upgrading to an executive room, but the shower in the bathroom had very little water. Management should pay attention to details like this.

I deliberately booked Executive because I wanted better facilities. It turned out to be even worse. Especially the shower, my goodness. Please fix it because the water comes out very little like it's begging. Because many of the shower holes are dead. I wanted to hurry but couldn't. When I checked in, it turned out that there was still a lot of trash near the shower in the bathroom + the floor was very slippery, you have to be very careful, especially for the elderly. The floor of the room also looked like it hadn't been cleaned, there were a lot of spices stuck to your feet. Please fix it. Yesterday I was in room 308 on the 4th floor. Thank you.

quite comfortable, although the cleanliness is not well maintained because when checking in there was someone else's hair on the bedsheet and on the floor, maybe the cleanliness can be improved. for breakfast it's good except the capcay tastes strange like warmed vegetables that are not very tasty. overall the rest is good

The breakfast is less varied for a 3-star hotel. And, it feels like the buffet menu such as noodles, vermicelli is very poor in terms of texture and taste. The rooms are good with maintained cleanliness but seem too dim and lack lighting. The facilities for the swimming pool are good with separate pools for adults and children.

For the facilities, it's okay, there's a children's and adult swimming pool, but there are lots of mosquitoes in the rooms and there are lots of mosquitoes in the parking lot of building 2 below. Hopefully the management can replace the trees so that mosquitoes don't nest there.
