The TV is broken. I have to call a technician every day. The AC isn't cooling because the filter is full of dust.

The room was very uncomfortable to stay in, the mattress was very hard and not soft, the room was very noisy, and in the middle of the night, the room could hear sounds from next door.

From the hotel to the Novena MRT you can walk, but it is quite far, so you need to take the bus first if you don't want to get tired. The room is small but comfortable enough to rest, plus the surrounding atmosphere from inside the room feels quiet, suitable for sleeping.
