The room was comfortable and quiet, the hotel staff was friendly and helpful, the hotel was right behind the beach, the facilities were complete, there were two swimming pools, one with a beach view, the breakfast was delicious, worth it, and the water was refilled immediately without waiting for it to run out. The downside was the long wait for the room to be ready, more than an hour.

The hotel is close to everywhere, especially the beach.

Basic hotel with basic facilities. Our room had a bathtub with clogged drainage, an aircon that stopped working intermittently. Breakfast spread was basic, no variety as such. Rationing of espresso machine coffee and water bottle in the room. Other than that, most staff were nice.

The reason I chose this hotel is because they have direct access to Legian Beach. Convenient with a convenience store nearby. They use Sensatia Botanicals, a local Balinese brand, as their toiletries. The smells are very nice and calming. Don't forget to try their spa, Salila, to pamper yourself after a hot sunny beach and pool time. Thank you for noting the request from clients. Good job.

Sayang nginap di sini pilih junior suite 5 malam, ternyata naik ke kamar nya pake tangga, udah harga nya mahal pas high season makanan nya juga biasa banget cuman sosis martabak sama nasi goreng, dan saya tinggal di sini cuman 2 malam saja karena anak-anak saya tidak betah turun naik tangga, not rekomend ga bakal ke sini lagi kalau ke bali.

The room is spacious. The food is good with enough variation. Room Service meals are affordable:) the distance between our room and the beach is quite near compared to the other hotel in Legian. Will stay in this hotel on our next trip to Bali.

I booked a room (description ground floor poolside) through the website, on arrival was informed by the hotel booking was only for a deluxe top floor building even though I produced a screenshot of original booking was treated in an arrogant manner I then decided to contact the website directly to discuss the issue only to be given the runaround all in all not a good start to a holiday. The hotel itself is ok by Legian standards but by no means a great buffet breakfast is average, the gym facility does not maintain water towels, etc. Not restocked general restaurant, bar staff OK. Be careful you may not get what you pay for using a booking agent.

Sumpah, jalan masuknya bikin bingung. Salah jalan terus, kamar gak ada sikat gigi, saat bilang, katanya sesuai aja kalo ada yang minta baru dikasih. Sandal ga ada. Di closet ga ada bidet buat siramnya. Makanan biasa aja, lauk utama cuma sosis doang. Ga ada ayam atau ikan minimal. Maaf ga sesuai sama harga 1.3 juta semalam. Anak-anak di atas 3 tahun sarapan bayar 25 ribu, better di hotel yang di bawah 500 ribu, lebih baik perlengkapannya. 5 hari di Bali, untungnya yang 1 malam cuma di sini. Sebenernya pesen juga terlanjur ke klik, ga bisa batal juga. Jadi so, berharap enak si hotelnya, tapi gak sesuai. Sorry ya kalo ngomong sesuai kenyataan.

Actually this hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious, the service is also very satisfying, the staff is very helpful, close to the beach, only 1 is missing, it looks like my room has something. Moreover, the lighting is lacking, maybe because not many people stay.

Helpful staff, if you order food online, it will be delivered directly to the room. The facilities are quite okay, the rooms are clean and quite spacious (maybe it can still fit 2 additional extra beds), the AC is cold. But there are some rooms where the toilet doesn't have a bidet, so it's best to request first if you want to get a room with a toilet with a bidet. My son is also happy in the kids club. He said he could go straight to Legian beach but I didn't try it because I was late checking in and checking out in a hurry to go to the airport. Recommended for budget hotels in Bali. A good hotel, not too big, but the rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, the staff are friendly, located in a strategic location and most importantly have direct access to the famous Legian beach.
