The hotel staff is very helpful, the building is a bit old but so far it's comfortable to stay there, the TV in the room can only be used for regular TV, there is no Netflix, when I stayed there, no towels were provided and there was also no refrigerator from the hotel.

Overall it's good, but the facilities in the room need to be improved.

I was upgraded to a room one level up from superior. But I am very disappointed with the cleanliness in my bathroom. There is scale. Please fix it.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke to the point of having to move rooms, the sofa sagged, and the bathroom had stains that should have been cleaned. The bathroom near the pool was full of mold and had a strong odor.

The pool opens at 7 am, but before 8 we wanted to swim there was no staff guarding it, we were even told to get towels from the room. At breakfast time, because we added 1 person we were required to pay but didn't have qris and had to transfer. These days. However, the staff there were helpful and friendly. That might be the plus point.

So far, the hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly, but the additional breakfast is quite expensive, costing Rp. 100 thousand per person.

The AC is not working properly. It's not cold. The bathroom and room need renovation. Because it's an old building. The carpet smells musty.

Very Bad Room Condition, does not match the room photo presented by Traveloka, the room carpet is very dirty and dusty, the AC is hot at maximum, can't change rooms, I've complained, they said a technician would come but they didn't come.... At the beginning of check in, they said that BF would be served in the room because there were less than 15 occupants, then suddenly the owner came and changed it to serving in the restaurant... then the cleanliness of the drinks was not well maintained, it was far from Mn2, most importantly the room was not well maintained, the toilet flush didn't work properly... it was really bad

I booked 3 rooms, the hot water facilities were not on in any room from check in until the evening. When I entered the room, it was a bit uncomfortable because of the smell of incense, the lights were dim. The bathroom was not very clean. The food menu for a hotel of this class is very lacking in variety.
