Just a little suggestion, please improve the facilities a bit more because when I stayed there yesterday, many of the electrical sockets were no longer working.

It's okay if you have no other choice.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was ok.

The service was excellent, especially when it came to asking for extra towels (although it may seem trivial to some, I think it's great that they didn't make it complicated). Awesome, keep it up 👍🏼🔥

the bedroom door is not precise and the bathroom door is not precise, the shower pipe is leaking and there is no tissue ready

It was quite comfortable, the hot water went out for a while but it was quickly fixed. The food was quite tasty but a bit salty.

This is my second time staying here every time I visit Bandung. The food is delicious and the location is strategic. My suggestion might be to upgrade the mattress.

Trying to experience here because several other hotels are full, for a very strategic location in the city center, the lobby staff is also friendly. but unfortunately for the price and facilities obtained are very lacking and far from several other hotels. from cleanliness it is very dirty especially in several spots such as the table (lots of dust), sheets and pillowcases (slightly musty smell), the bathroom is leaking and the floor is crusty, the wifi often loses connection, and the tv is still not a smart tv (say goodbye youtube & netflix) in this day and age it seems that in the price range of 500 thousand ++ with facilities like this it is not worth it.

Parking should not be paid anymore because we are staying at the hotel, so several times we go out we have to pay for parking too, this is the first time the room was leaking and there was no refrigerator, even though I often stay here and always get a good room, then I requested breakfast but it was not delivered until check out... please improve it more because when I go to Bandung I always stay here

A hotel with easy access to everywhere, the square is like a station, the market, the breakfast is varied and the food is great. 1. It's a shame that the room isn't soundproof, the noise from downstairs where a wedding is going on is very noisy, disturbing my rest.

Good service and very strategic location

The hotel staff was friendly and promptly changed me to another room. I was given a room number that was occupied, but unfortunately, I had to ask several times, and they didn't provide an updated estimate. Secondly, I lost 40 minutes from check-in time because the hotel staff assigned me the wrong room because it was occupied. The room was nice, but the carpet looked worn and shabby. The water heater was sometimes hot, sometimes cold. I really liked the fried rice, it was delicious 👍👍
