This hotel is suitable for where it is near shopping places

The location is close to the Asia-Africa Museum, the town square, and Braga, within walking distance. It's close to the train station and culinary options. The cleanliness is poor, the building is poorly maintained, and the rooms are starting to look dated and need a more modern renovation. The bed, pillows, and linens are comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, varied, and has plenty of choices.

Next time I have a long holiday, I'll come here again. This is a very strategic and comfortable place for my pocket.

A great choice for a year-end stay in Bandung. Even though the hotel is standard, it's a winner! This time, I didn't book breakfast, but overall, it was good. 5 stars is enough to say the least.

The room smelled of cigarettes, check in took a long time at 3, but you could walk around the mall.

The room is clean and spacious, almost perfect, only the carpet is worn out and needs to be replaced, the AC is cold, the mattress is soft, the service is really good.

It's great, but the last time I stayed overnight the water was a bit dirty.

2 nights stayed at this Hotel, brings back the memory in 2009. After 16 years past, since my boy was 2yo until he is 18,. But things to concern is they should change the carpet around the floor which stands for 18 years and still not changed at all. It looks the room is dirty and dusty. Also for the ground parking area is so dark, smelly and feels like we do park in the traditional market area. Also for the TV chanel please improve, there is nothing to watch.change the tv with smart TV. The hotel looks a bit spooky old and so much different as it was in 2009. The way the hotel needs is to construct each room with many re constructions also with the furniture in each room that seems so much old. Only food is better

The hotel is nice, the rooms are comfortable, the amenities are plentiful, and the food in the restaurant is delicious. I'll be staying at this hotel again on my next trip.

Delicious food. #Perhaps a small suggestion would be to not charge 100,000 IDR for breakfast. I think that's too high. Secondly, although clean, some of the room facilities need to be replaced. The bathroom had poor drainage, the AC wasn't cold enough, and it smelled of cigarettes. The TV wasn't clear enough, but overall, the service was friendly.

Satisfied staying here even though it was full, but the service was still okay.

Spacious, clean rooms, good facilities, close to the city center, good and varied breakfast, parking is charged 5 thousand rupiah for guests, the downside is the narrow lobby drop-off area, if you're unlucky there are groups who don't have normal sense can queue for a long time on the side of the road just to drop off as I experienced. Overall worth it and good.

Everything is good except that check-in can only be done after 3 o'clock, they say they are still cleaning the room, so they have to leave it first before going out. Suggestions might be that there should be more officers so that the check-in can be a bit faster.
