The staff is very friendly, we were given 1 extra pillow. The check in and check out process is very easy. The location is close to the waterfront and the cat statue.

The place is nice and close to the waterform so every morning when you wake up you can jog there before going anywhere else. It would be fun to stay here. I would like to come again. Thanks Traveloka, the best.

For those who smoke, you have to go down to the lobby because you can't smoke here. Apart from that, it's okay and the place is in the middle of the city.

The elevator is broken. We have to take the suitcase up the stairs to the room. And there are no hotel staff to help us.

The hotel is clean, the room is clean, the AC, fan, water heater are working well. Basically the facilities are really good, recommended if you go to Kuching to stay here yes. The room price is affordable.

For those who bring large suitcases more than 10 kilos, you may want to consider it because there is no elevator, you have to lift it yourself to the room. The location is quite strategic in front of the waterfront.

The elevator was broken, I had to carry my suitcase to the 3rd floor using stairs, the wifi was faulty, the room was not soundproof, it was so noisy I could hear children crying, the mattress was dirty and itchy all night long until I had to put on clothes so I could sleep on it. The electricity card was faulty, the lights went out 3 times in my room, imagine taking a shower and suddenly the lights went out. The receptionist was really annoying, when asked what she said, her answer was really rude. The only plus is that it's close to the city center and the waterfront so it's quite a nice walk.
