The staff are very friendly and for those who bring babies, you can ask the staff for ice gel, they are very friendly.

Every time I go to Penang, I always stay at Tune Hotel, there have been many changes, paint, etc.

Good hotel to stay, especially if you come with family.

So far so good. Affordable. Located on Jalan Beshar and easy to find.

This is the second time I've stayed here, the location is perfect. Close to Komtar, Giant Supermarket, Mydin, and the culinary scene on Jalan Macalister.

The location is strategically close to everywhere, just walking to Prangi Mall, and also very close to tourist attractions.

I stayed there for 5 nights. My experience was not good. The staff's behavior was not helpful at all. Wi-Fi is so bad. You had to log in with a password and email every time, which is irritating. The room cleaner continuously knocked on the door every day after saying I was busy. Not a good experience for me. The elevator is very old.

Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly. We were offered a better room when we had a problem with the bathroom. It's also conveniently located near Gleneagles Hospital.

Very good, always a choice when visiting Penang. Affordable prices and always close to delicious places to eat. Near the very famous 65 Ondo Bakery. You can shop to your heart's content and enjoy a relaxing holiday in Penang.

Very close to culinary attractions, there's even a large food court next to the hotel. There are also many cafes and bakeries nearby. Close to Gleneagles Hospital Penang and other attractions. Recommended

There is a hanging fan in the room.

This trip stayed a night. quick and efficient check in. only problem is room 524 air-conditioning leaking lots of water and unable to sleep whole night due to the AC unit emitting loud noises and not cooling. whole night the room was very warm and stuffy. informed staff during check out. other than that all was okay.
