Cheap price, clean room, location near LRT station just walking distance.

Perhaps the bed and pillow sheets should be replaced with the new washed ones prior to new occupants arrived as the one we have had produces bit smelly (sorry to say this but have to) apart from the 2 pillows (Room 506) got some little stains or dirt spots though still acceptable as we were really very tired upon arriving. Checked-in alhamdulillah handle smoothly and thumbs up to your receptionists. Others ie strategic location exactly as claimed by previous comments. Hope some improvement to our next stay. TQVM

Sorry, I didn't take any photos, it's quite comfortable, not noisy, the room size is according to the price, easy access to everywhere, close to shopping, culinary, etc.

Clean and comfy hotel and budget friendly

The staffs are friendly. The room is clean. Close to train station and the location is good.

The staff is friendly. I left my jacket in the room after I checked out and called them to retrieve it, and they did! Thank you.

Staff was very helpful. Asked them to clean my room and went good. Also, they gave me free access to call local airlines office, great location, very close to LRT Jamek in which super closeby to BB or KLCC or KL Sentral. Will definitely stay again once visiting Malaysia.

Hotel is reasonably good. Near to Chinatown, near to main city. The rooms are not soundproof, sound from next room can be heard. Breakfast is just ok, not so tasty, no fruits.

The best thing is this hotel is close to the LRT, customer friendly, clean, anyone who wants to vacation in KL can stay at this hotel.
