Many things need to be improved to be able to claim to be a 4 star villa (as listed on google maps), for example : - some lights are off at the entrance of the villa and 2 bathrooms in 2 bedrooms. This causes the villa to be dark outside and in the bathroom. - the lights in the downstairs bedroom are very minimal so it's darker than usual - the tv in the 2 rooms has too gritty screens so it's dizzy if you watch it for too long. - the tv in 1 room remote doesn't work so you have to press manually if you want to turn it on and change channels. - the refrigerator does not work and shocks. The one who was electrocuted was the villa clerk who took the check-in. I can't imagine if our 8 year old son was electrocuted, what could he do. Finally replaced with the villa next door. - the intercom phone died on the 3rd day. Was notified but couldn't be fixed, said the villa clerk. Want to check out on day 6 to have to call the driver, to ask the receptionist to send a boogie car. - the balcony door handle in the upstairs room fell off the inside so it didn't work normally - the curtains had lots of spots like they hadn't been washed in a long time - the mosquito net in the upstairs room still had hair clips attached (which probably belonged to the previous tenant) - the towel holder in the bathroom in the upstairs room already damaged. So that if the towel is lifted to use, it is very easy for the place to become messy. Such are the shortcomings that we experienced which made the experience of staying here very uncomfortable. The reality is very different from the photos. I will not return to this villa for my next trip to Bali.
