Best place! Can repeat again and the room is clean

The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's quite a long walk to Jonker Street, and it takes about 5-7 minutes by Grab. The cleanliness is decent, but there's still dust on the tables. The carpet has an unpleasant odor. The most uncomfortable part is that the AC is facing directly at you, making it uncomfortable to sleep at night. To take the elevator, you have to lift your suitcase up the stairs. It's helpful for Muslims because the call to prayer is heard near the mosque. Water is provided in gallon jugs in front of the hallway. The hotel hasn't been renovated for a long time. There's an iron in the hallway.

The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. First time staying here, and I'll definitely come back next time I visit Malacca, as the price is affordable.

The staff was very kind & friendly, even when our room card fell/was lost, the hotel informed us that our card was found lost & their staff kept it & gave it to us when I reported the card was lost when I wanted to enter the room.

The right choice if you want to go to Malacca and stay here. Unfortunately, I forgot to document the room because I was so happy to get a good room and service. I took the deluxe king room type, for me it was luxurious enough and in the bathroom there was also a bathtub, very helpful because after a tiring day exploring Malacca you can immediately soak in warm water to relax your body again! 🫶🏻 The sheets and towels were clean, the bathroom was clean, the bedroom was clean and the floor of the room was also covered with a mat. Every 2 days the room was cleaned by CS. In short, I didn't choose the wrong hotel, hopefully I can stay here again👍🏻

Very good location for looking for food

A very affordable, clean, and comfortable hotel in a very strategic location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Red Building, river cruises, and other tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby.

Nice room facing nice view. Clean and good hotel. Usually I will go for the pines hotel but since this just a quick stay just around 6hours just to sleep hence I opt for some other cheap hotel and stumble open this. Surprisingly super comfy and nice experience. The staff is all nice even the foreigners staff is very kind and friendly I hope the owner appreciate all the staff and give them lots of bonus. Not easy to be kind these day but all you staff really good.

The hotel is within walking distance to Kopitiam- food. Price is relatively economical, strategically located and free parking. However, bath towel given 1 piece is good for use and other piece is old and worse than the floor towel. Toilet rolls quality was not good- paper is thin and torn easily.

the view from here is amazing, and everything is just 15 minutes away by foot. the room and bathroom is really big and spacious so its a comfortable stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, they helped us order a Grab when we were leaving, we reported it straight away and it was quickly responded to.. it's cool.. the room is also clean, spacious.. it's comfortable to use a connecting room because we're staying with the kids.. it's just that yesterday we got a room on level 1, there's no elevator so we have to take the stairs.. the 2nd and 3rd floors have elevators..

Don't provide shower shampoo and water bottle. The heater inside very dirty. The room and bathroom quite big. Walking around 12 min to Jonker street night market.

the staff is very friendly, i asked for a little late check out and was allowed. the facilities in the room are quite complete. the location is not right on jonker street, you have to walk quite a bit, close to dutch square.

I've booked a room for three, but when I checked in I got a deluxe room with additional extra bed , they said the hotel is fully booked. Since it was the three of us, we decided to book a room for three so we can get service for 3 persons. At the end we asked for 1 more mineral water since the room was provided with only 2 bottles. The reception staff is quite nice but the housekeeping staff (a lady) was not nice at all. When she brought the extra bed and the additional bottle it was like she was being forced. The amenities also not complete. We have no toilet paper and body wash provided. We must ask the reception to give us , at the end we were provided with a little of toilet paper (not full). The shampoo bottle in the bathroom also looked like it was being used, really not nice. And it seems like they just renovated the hotel since we can smell the paint in the corridor, and it's not nice at all. Otherwise it is close to the Jonker Street so yeah I guess it's the only positive reason we choose this hotel.
