The hotel staff is friendly, the location is very affordable.

Stayed here for 2 nights, so far because I only slept and showered, so there's not much to review. Overall, it was a very good stay here, room service and laundry were very good, even ordering food 24 hours. What needs to be improved is maybe the hot water should work, but yesterday when I stayed, I could only shower with cold water. The idea of providing gallon water in the room is a brilliant idea. Thank you Novotel for being a temporary place while in Manado. Success always 😍

Is this a 4 star hotel? It's pretty terrible. There were no good hotels near the airport so I chose this one, but it was terrible.

It's always feels like home when you stay at Novotel Manado, even for business purposes.

The room was in a bad condition. Mold everywhere, looking not working. Changed to another room but no real improvement.

Asked staff to put one of my belongings in a chiller because it's a cake. They gave it to me not cold.

It's very pleasant, and despite the renovations, it's not noticeable or noisy. This is a good choice, great.

I've stayed here twice, but the second room wasn't good, the sanitary facilities weren't complete, and the service wasn't good.

As always, Novotel is my personal choice when staying in Manado before departing to other places. The location is perfect, quite close to the airport. Staff are kindly and very helpful. Thank you and see you in the next visit.
