Family-friendly, quiet, and helpful staff. They loaned us a power cord and fixed AC asap. One thing that could be improved is a place to dry wet items.

bathroom cleanliness was very bad. Smell stinky.

The hotel is old, the room is according to the price, you can't expect much, because the room is at the end so there is a side window so the room can be seen from outside so we used tape to cover the curtains, but the super staff was very helpful, asked for an extra bed and it was immediately prepared.

The pool was nice. But the room & bathroom not so good. There is a spider web when we enter the room and the sink is leaking. The A/C is noisy when we turn it on. If it's only for 1-2 nights stay and you are looking for a cheap accommodation, then you can consider this hotel.

The hotel is very close to Sanur Harbor, just a 5-minute walk. The hotel staff is not very friendly, the towels still smell a bit, and there is no bellboy service. Thank you, Agung Sanur Hotel 🙏

For the owner, please, if you don't ask for the room to be cleaned, never let your employees in. Some of my belongings are missing, even though they cost 600,000, they are expensive for me.

Very close to Sanur Harbor, 5 minutes walk so you don't have to worry about being late to Nusa Penida, it's worth it for transit to Nusa Penida.

we stayed in room 219, the door to the bathroom was broken, when defecating the smell went back into the toilet, maybe the drainage pipe was problematic and it was quite disturbing, so the toilet had to be closed / not used first with the ventilation turned on for at least 30 minutes so that the smell would disappear. bar soap and shampoo as amenities but without toothbrush and toothpaste the location is close to Sanur beach and Sanur harbor, so it's easy for us who want to go to Nusa Penida to access

- This is the second worst hotel after SRI KANDI INN (KUTA) that I have ever booked on Traveloka. I booked a price for 3 people but there was only 1 small bed, how could I sleep, the toilet was really dirty and shabby, it was terrible and I didn't dare to use it, the accommodation was very shabby and extremely bad, it was like a haunted house, it was the most horrible experience in my life of renting a hotel and it wasn't cheap and they didn't even give me a refund, it was really terrible. There was no electric kettle, refrigerator, shampoo, and other necessary items.

The Hoya room is huge. I like the design, the detail of it.

The staff is friendly, I asked for an early check in and was given one because the room was already empty, and the room was really nice and clean. I stayed for 2 days after playing, it turned out the room had been cleaned. It's really good, thank you

The place is convenient for transit to Nusa Penida, near the harbor, Sanur Beach, restaurants, etc. The hotel rooms are good, the price is affordable.

Sanur Agung Hotel is highly recommended for accommodation for bakcpekers or friends who want to travel around Sanur beach, because the distance of the tourist location can be reached just by walking, the price is also very affordable aka cheap_ if you go to Sanur, just book directly at Sanur Agung Hotel before running out of rooms. because this hotel is never quiet and is always full of visitors or foreign and local tourists.

The room provided is very inadequate like a warehouse. The AC is not working, the room is stuffy, the bed sheets are also not clean. The bathroom flush does not work, the hot water does not work. Very disappointed to stay here.

in the morning the toilet could not be used, so my husband and I reported to the receptionist. after checking, they said it was leaking due to my and my husband's actions and were told to pay 350-500. did the hotel not think that if I was wrong, there was no way I would report it. until my husband went to the toilet, he still had to go down the stairs. wow, this hotel is not recommended. old hotel with poor facilities and dirty rooms

The hotel is old, got a room with the AC not working, complained to the front desk but was ignored (they are old) who paid attention to the guys, finally because the AC was hot we moved rooms. The AC was cooler but leaked 🤣🤣🤣 It's true that there is no one who is right
