The most amazing experience so far. I have been to the danna, they have welcome massage which also a nice gesture but this banjaran have welcome homemade dessert! Not only that, you feel very much welcomed and this place is brilliant in keeping guests feeling private. The one and only resort with geothermal cave for you to feel sauna effect in big cave chamber. My suggestion is for you to go to meditate cave first, then spend 15-20mins in steam cave, dip in ice bath for 5 -10mins (if you can stand it) and then feel relaxation and calming effect in crystal cave for another 10 minutes before you decided to jump into natural geothermal spring.

A great place to stay. Everything here are amazing. They arranged a lot of complementary activities for us, such as Jungle Walk, visit Historic Temples, Pomelo Farm, Yoga Class, and so on. Don't forget to try their dinner at Jeff's Cellar. I'm here need to especially thank to Mr Raymond Koh for your good jobs. Would definitely be back again. Thank you very much.

Overall experience was good except the food of pomelo restaurant and also over spray of pesticide for the plants around the whole place

The resort is situated in a natural environment covered with trees and mountains. Security is tight as they will screen anyone who try to enter the premises. Service is great and they remembers guest name and room, and the breakfast provides a wide arrays of selections. They scenery is awesome and we regretted only staying a day as we could have done more if we stayed for another night.

I don't know why but actually when I breakfast in that morning I see some server face like they are not in the good mood they don't like me or I don't know ? one woman one man . then the hotspring pool was dirty.

The best caves resort in the world! One of the most amazing luxurious resort we've ever been to. Definitely worth to spend at least night here if you go to Malaysia. Never seen any place like this before!
