Overall the experience is okay, not exceptional. Food was okay, not special even I can say it was below average. The reception was quite slow in picking up the phone. It is not allowed by rules to borrow cutlery, even just a tiny spoon. After asking for several times since I need it for my kid taking his medicine, they end-up gave me a single-use wooden spoon.
