The room was okay, but yesterday I was given a room that was very far from the lobby. Not only that, I stayed for 2 nights, and the problem with the card which I don't know if the card is only active for 1 day, I came home late when I arrived at the hotel from the lobby to the room which was far away, it turned out the card couldn't be used, and had to go back to the lobby 😩. Sorry I stayed at another hotel for 3 days so the card could be used for up to 3 days, but for everything it was okay

Everything is great, clean, and comfortable. I always stay at the Grand Kuta Residence in South Bali. I'm a regular customer.

suprising that knowing the deposit at the first check in was quite a bit high (300k) compares to the hotels i was staying before and i was very frustrated when the key was not working few times, luckily the front staff were greatly helpful. other than that, im happy to stay again later as my son's swimming lesson happens there.

I always stay here when I go to Bali. Spacious rooms and adequate facilities.

Every time we go to Bali, we always stay at this hotel. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. There are many restaurants nearby.

The hotel's location is close to everything, especially culinary options. The staff are friendly, the rooms and toilets are clean, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. A nice stay and recommended.

The second room's AC doesn't work at all, it probably needs maintenance.

The three of us stayed in a junior triple room. The hotel room looked old, so cleanliness wasn't optimal, but it was clean enough. The AC worked well and was cool...it could be more enjoyable if renovated to be more modern.

The hotel is old, but the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is not very varied.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are spacious and big, the air conditioning is cold, it is close to all the places if you want to find any food, basically it was a pleasure staying here, thank you
