This is really bad, for that price, it's completely disappointing, dirty, not taken care of, not worthy of being called a 4 star, I only checked in for 30 minutes, I decided to move to a more decent hotel

The hotel staff is good and friendly and the access here is good and the view is great

Some facilities are not maintained, the hotel staff is limited. It was a luxury hotel in its time & now it is not like it used to be.

worse than 3-stars hotel. damaged furniture, bad wifi, no tv channels, AC dripping, room door cannot be closed, many black-stained walls. this is the worst 4-stars valued hotel that I ever stayed. the breakfast looks awful for 4-stars hotel category and I refused to eat it. even when opened the breakfast cover, a fruit fly appears from it. disgusting!!!

Dirty swimming pool, dirty hotel corridor, no television channels.

Not very clean, hopefully there will be changes in the future.

The hotel staff is friendly, it's just a bit far from the city center. The price of a room with 2 bedrooms is a bit expensive for the facilities provided because the AC doesn't work in one room. The swimming pool is dirty, the hotel food is limited and the taste is ordinary. The bedroom lamp doesn't work. Hopefully it will be better in the future.

Bad experience, hot air conditioning, bad facilities, if you really intend to close it, it's better to close the hotel than have customers complain after spending a lot of money, thanks.

Please improve the swimming pool facilities, I once stayed here and was very satisfied with the clean pool and clean hotel, now I'm staying here again, the swimming pool is dirty and the facilities are also there, but the room service is okay, the service is okay.

Breakfast is also only available in the form of fried rice and fried noodles for the main meal. Regret having a vacation at this hotel

It's an apartment building shared for hotel service. We didn't expect that facility was very old and broken here and there. Can smells the dust 😔 at room corner, lighting very dark even in shower 🚿 room. It's one of that story where booking online was good by pictures but 😢 in real experience. I hope traveloka can verify thoroughly the quality shown in the app equal to customer expectations. The good hospitality from each staff was encouraging us that our stay worth for them.

old building with that price better think again

The location and view are good, the food tastes so-so, helped by the proximity to the Teras Dago restaurant and cafe, the room is quite large, only when I wanted to check out the lift was broken because the previous hotel guests forced the passenger capacity to exceed it so it was broken and could not be used anymore.

Heritage hotel, window curtains are torn, air conditioning is not cold enough. Swimming pool is dirty with lots of dead insects

comfortable and fun, there is a bathtub that can be used for me-time alone.. definitely going there again.. unfortunately there are some areas of the pool that are not maintained. so that the children's play area can be improved so that the atmosphere doesn't seem so quiet and tense

This is our second time staying in this hotel. It's still quite nice, but it needs to be renovated here and there as it needs to be more competitive with the same accommodation offered in its surroindings (there is a new, bigger, more beautiful hotel near it)

Family Friendly, Spacious Rooms. Unfortunately the swimming pool is not optimally used. Hopefully it can be refreshed again in the future

The room is spacious and comfortable, the bathroom is also comfortable and clean.
