Very comfortable at Hotel Jeeva Klui, want to come back again

Overall, the stay was decent, but there are several areas that could be improved. The breakfast experience was somewhat disappointing, as many items were not available, the taste was quite average, and some options like fruits and juice were not replenished. Room cleanliness and preparation also need more attention. There were cigarette butts and used glasses left in the room upon arrival, which reduced the comfort of the stay. The property itself is fairly standard, although the private pool was a nice feature and enjoyable. The bathroom setup may not be suitable for all guests, as it uses a dry toilet system without a jet shower, which might be inconvenient for some. Service-wise, the staff were polite, but it seemed that the number of staff was limited, making them a bit overwhelmed, especially during breakfast time.

3 nights stay here and very enjoyable. Really can relax, eyes are spoiled with a very beautiful view, unforgettable. What is seen on the camera only slightly represents the true beauty. The service of all staff is very good, does not differentiate between local and foreign people. The taste of all the food is also very delicious, although not a buffet model (ala carte), but the choices are quite a lot, esp. orange juice & choco croissant taste the best! The downside is, as a local person the lack of a bidet in the toilet is quite annoying, but it can be overcome. Although 99% of the guests here are foreigners, it would be more perfect and I think there is nothing wrong if the hotel provides a bidet in every guest's bathroom. Overall this resort is superb best of the best!

The place and location is great. The hotel is comfortable and the view is great. Very comfortable and quiet. Highly recommended for vacation

Had amazing time here 😁. All the staff are super friendly, food was yummy, room is rustic but charming, very clean and well maintained, and oh, the view is breathtaking. Overall the atmosphere was very relaxing, so you will never get bored even just by doing nothing 😁. I tried to visit couple of villa/resort nearby during our stay as comparison, but Jeeva Klui definitely still in our top rank. Will definitely come again here if visiting Lombok

The F&B staffs from BF till dinner very friendly and helpful. I love the wardrobe so spacious so I can put all my cosmetics and others. Generally all is good. Prefer the toilet equipped with bidet. Ooow the mango tree is awesome … I love the honey mango 🥭.

Beautiful accommodation right next to Klui Beach. Great sunset views, from the pool or from the restaurant and when you're resting in bed, you can still hear the gentle sounds of the ocean waves. Great customer service too and all the staff were very friendly and always assisted with a smile. Bedroom was beautiful with a comfy bed, an outdoor shower and the interiors were rustic but very charming. Highly recommended!

The rooms are comfortable, the service is also friendly, the breakfast is good, only 1 channel for the tv is very little.

At first I was afraid that the friendly staff would only be international tourists but apparently not, I purposely went to Lombok for a staycation and this is really a good service resort, complete facilities, beautiful views, thanks Jeeva klui for 2 nights here, good job.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is good but it is served quite long more than 30 minutes. I hope this can be improved in the future.
