Actually, this hotel is good in my opinion, yes, even though there are strange rumors, but I still like to try it. Unfortunately, whether it is understaffed or what, when entering the hotel, no one helped carry the luggage even though the security guard was clearly standing in front of the door. Check-in time was long, one is an old employee, one is a trainee. I queued in the queue of the old employee because there was still one customer. The trainee was busy for some reason, there were also others waiting to be served (men). But this man had probably been waiting for a long time but was not called (even though he was in front, you know), so he finally left. But the trainee did not call the next queue, still busy for some reason. I also thought he had not received permission or something, he is a trainee, right? When the queue in front of me was gone, I went to the old employee but instead this trainee answered and processed the check-in. Gosh, I mean, if he could have called the next queue earlier, didn't he see people queuing? Are all these employees not taught how to serve? The pool is nice, the room is spacious, clean to the standard but the toilet and shower are broken. There is no shampoo. I paid around 540,000 Rupiah per night. I wanted to extend my stay, but I was too lazy to. Hopefully, Peninsula Manado will be even better in the future.
