Wow, this hotel is not suitable for a 3.5 star hotel. The bathroom is smelly and dirty. The bathroom facilities are incomplete. There is no water heater. My husband and I will repent at this hotel.

The paste and shampoo they provided was expired in 2021. Refrigerator and intercom was not working. Access card work very rarely, need to walk and call reception guys for help. But they help immediately.

The rooms are quite spacious, strategic location, the air conditioner is not cold enough, the bathroom is slippery, only 1 soap is given. Only 1 towel is given and one more fo is tired and not very friendly, it is enough just to stay here once, many other hotels with the same price are better.

It's good and according to the price, it's clean too, only for guests for the first time staying, I just want to let you know that the standard room only provides one towel, only soap, toothpaste and shampoo are not this, the rest is okay. Rooms are also spacious.

The first time I check-in back and forth to the room because the key card cannot be used up to 2 times and in the room there are mosquitoes, the TV in the room is very small.

Wifi is not working, the hotel only served 1 towel and 1 bottle of mineral water if we booked for room only. The building is too old, this is my first time found some mosquitos inside the room. Too bad.

Suppose there is a water heater for hot water for brewing coffee or tea, it would be even more memorable, and, the room I ordered was you 2 people. There should be 2 towels. When I asked for the other towel, I was asked to pay for extra towels. Which mall to the second virtual.

In connection with the review submitted, we would like to inform you that for the Standard Double CRAZY DEALS ROOM room type booked by Mr, the room has the following facilities:
- Free 1 btl mineral water
- 1 pcs soap
- 1 pcs bath towel
For this information we have included it in the room description contained in the booking application and verbal explanation by the receptionist during the check-in process. Sorry for the inconvenience.
