Rented only because of included parking. Upon arrival parking was full and unavailable. I dont like when properties make claims on which you depend and then dont deliver.

Everything was great

Was good for a base to sleep,everything was near location was fab, staff very helpful, air on was excellent. The only thing I didn’t like was breakfast, it wasn’t good

Overall our stay was great. The staff were wonderful. Breakfast was varied and offered the best scrambled eggs we have ever tasted at a hotel buffet. Also comfiest beds ever! Great location, very close to the beach and the strip. Lots of bars and restaurants for all ages and tastes nearby. Spar directly opposite, and the most well stocked convenience store with amazing prices just around the corner...photo attached. Only drawback was no soundproofing..we could hear people sneeze & cough all night in other rooms. Also air conditioning was loud and very squeaky balcony door. For a 3 star hotel, fantastic value for money.

Kettle in the room would be perfect however.

Room a little bit shabby, shampoo dispenser empty, hairdryer didn't work and remote for TV missing.

Close to beach, breakfast was good.

Its location is superb as it’s close to the shops and buses. The only thing I can say, it is very noisy in the hallways in the mornings

Great bargain hotel, with nice breakfast and friendly staff

We are an English couple and had a fantastic stay at this hotel. All the staff were friendly and an excellent night Porter. Yes it is mainly young German people here but were all polite and no trouble at all. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the bars, restaurants and beach but back from sea front and was quiet.

I stayed 1 night Sufficient for a night or 2 being on the cheaper end of the scale or for those happy to save money on a longer stay,it's not luxury,but the furniture is newish,beds are comfy,recent refurb in most places and near the beach... Staff were pleasant and efficient Breakfast wasn't anything sparkling or to remember, but sufficient to serve a purpose, The coffee is awful! I should imagine,if you got a room on the road side it could be noisy,allthough mine was to the back and it was sufficiently quiet

The hotel is in a good location, only 100 metres from the beach and shops around EL ARENAL. It is however, old, rusty and somewhat derelict. The swimming pool was constantly overwhelmed with guests and be prepared for noisy German revellers coming back to sleep after a rowdy night out.

Staff were friendly. However, this is not a 3 star hotel in my opinion. Air con didn't cool. Hair dryer in bathroom hanging off weak with exposed live wires. Socket outlets at bed pulling out of head board. Ceiling in shower in poor condition, badly repaired and black(mould?) stains. Shouting and screaming in corridors in middle of night.

Vi havde booket dette hotel, da der var mulighed for parkering. Vi fik en dejlig modtagelse af en sød dame og knus ved afrejse. Hotellet har kun 3 stjerner, men kan varmt anbefales. En rigtig god beliggenhed nær strand og restauranter. Kommer gerne igen.
