Excellent value, clean, great location and quiet n comfy rooms.

Rooftop is awesome. Staff is very friendly.

Lovely hotel, lovely room with fabulous shower, comfy bed, large tv and wardrobe. Breakfast is fantastic. Only feedback was that during check in staff member took a phone call and chatted to colleagues - took quite a while to check in as a result. Roof top bar area is nice.

Room was clean, steamer in the room didn’t work but they sent up an iron very quickly The pool was a bit cold and held private functions on the rooftop bar making it take awhile to order drinks for the hotel guests The twin room was lovely but wasn’t paying €100 more for a double bed Driving to the hotel was a nightmare If you miss the parking it took us on a 30 min detour with one way with taxi lanes

Beautiful corner room, we had the superior suite.

Perfect hotel, however I hated that the bathroom sink was in the middle of the room hallway. Room was also much smaller than pictured

Excelent. Staff, restaurants, facilities and comfort is really supreme. The only down it's the restriction with parking.

Very friendly

The rooms were small. They did not provide a Kleenex box. They provided only 1 small and 1 large towel. The shower had yellow brown stains in some corners and edges. Complimentary coffee in the room was instant powder. They did not honor 2 rooms on the same floor, while 3 other hotels in 3 other cities honored our request. Check-out was chaotic. Waited a long time to drop off and to retrieve our luggage from the concierge room. Beakfast and location were good.

The room did not have maker. And the bathroom door kept sliding open,

Great place with amazing facilities

They didn’t have small towels and we have to ask for tissues. And for internet we have to ask front desk for the password usually it will be with room key cards. Room was clean and beds were ok.

Room had mould in shower and some rooms have a mould smell. Also bad signing posting to room 233 where I stayed - tried two others and Andy bad. I’m asthmatic so not great. Only one sheet on bed (not enoughh and no bathroom door. Great location as opposite El Cortes department store and lots of eateries etc.

Beautiful property and close to everything in Granada. Breakfast was best I have ever enjoyed at a hotel.

We loved the room accommodations, the friendly staff the breakfast buffet and various options plus the beautiful rooftop lounge with an amazing view of the city. All and all I will stay again in a future visit.

Good stay. Didn’t have breakfast in the hotel this time. We were allocated the room we requested which was very quiet.

Great location nearby to main attractions and commercial areas. Clean and comfortable rooms. The rooftop is also a great option to spend time after a long day knowing the city.
