Very good value for stay, breakfast is very good, staff all very good.

I liked the location and quirkiness the pool was lovely. The only issue i had was the balcony door didnt feel safe

The hotel is in a good location just off the front ,all the staff are great cant do enough for you ,rooms basic and in need of a tidy up ,things like patio door wheel broke so hard to open , sink not fixed to wall, bath waste must of leaked so they have put a load of filler round it ,it might do the job but it looks awful Food was typical spanish hotel not bad but not much choice and not hot , main problem with hotel is no air-conditioning or even a ceiling fan and when the temp is 38 you need something ,we changed our room from one overlooking the pool to one at the back because the sun was on the first one until it got dark ,back room a bit cooler, only get sun am ,to sum up the playa blanca i would say you get what you pay for it is one of the cheapest hotels in sillot, sa coma and you will see why if you go there i would stay again but not in peak season

I had an awful holiday! Currently have a complaint in with Hotels.com. I had to move hotel after 3 days. The pictures of this hotel are not accurate, it is run down, leaking roof, I was sleeping on a metal camp style bed, patio was not secure didn't lock, held on a chain, indoor pool was filthy, outdoor pool has ducks swimming in it, filthy dirty, duck excrement!!! Staff do not understand or speak English which makes it very difficult to resolve issues!! I would advise people think of booking this hotel not to bother, use your hard earned cash to stay somewhere else! I can not stress how run down and disgusting the accomodation is!!!

This was our 2nd trip to Horel Playa Blanca, 1st being Aug ‘16. Since then they appear to have showered the place with plastic flowers, particularly sunflowers, doesn’t really add anything to the place! We had 5 BT’s 1/2 board, but unfortunately most of that time there was no running hot water in our room on 6th floor, so they gave us a room on 1st floor to shower in, not ideal. Breakfast was ok, but evening meals were poor, cheap & mainly lukewarm. Most of resort just beginning to ‘open’ for the season, & when we left it was 50mph winds & thrashing waves! Some lovely walks to Cala Millor & Porto Cristo, earlier in week, but get a better hotel, sorry!

Cold, very cold. No heating in the room, woke up shivering. No duvets available - only a thin sheet. Hotel has a distinctive atmosphere of the older generation, particularly the smell. Photos of the manager are EVERYWHERE - along with the many plastic flowers everywhere.

The price for what you get Is outstanding. Thin walls by super friendly family. great flatscreen telly, stunning pool and Bath/shower. You get more then what you pay for and this hotel was almost 1/2 price then what surrounding hotels ask and has a great very large pool. B&B was brilliant and location is fantastic. Parking is around the town and I Mostly was able to park outside the hotel. Yes the flowers are hilarious!!!! Towels getting cleaned al the time and beds made every day. It’s a great hotel for the price. Just dont expect 5* and a buenos Diaz and buenos noche is really not that hard to say In spanish: give it a try as you in Spain!

Nice hotel which is less than 2 minutes walk from the beach, they have done a great job updating the outside areas and overall my children and I were very happy with our stay. The staff were helpful and friendly, our room itself was a good size and was clean and comfortable. For the price we paid we were very happy with our accommodation and I'm sure we will return in the future.

The people are unfriendly and there is no hotel gym, even tho it was on trivago.

Hotel com más condições nos quartos, muito degradado, sem blackouts, cama de casal pequena e desconfortável, antipatia dos funcionários, pequeno almoço fraco e com pouca variedade. Muitos pontos para nos fazer apenas passar 1 das 4 noites que tínhamos destinadas. Tivemos de mudar de hotel. Contudo um dos Administradores devolveu o correspondente aos 3 dias da taxa turística, sem qualquer tipo de obstáculo.

Bitte bucht es NICHT. Sehr schlimmes Hotel. Die Bilder sind fake, die Zimmer waren gar nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Es ist eine wie eine Bruchbude. Alles ist so unsicher gewesen. Die Türe konnte man nicht mal richtig zu machen.

So ein herzliches Hotel, alles ist so familiär gestaltet und man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Gerne wieder

Cela fait 12 ans que je part en vacance a mallorque cet hotel est juste horrible il est trés trés trés vieux trés sale le personnel pitoyable vous chercher après eux d ailleurs. Je déconseille a 1000% pas de climatisation se qui est incompréhensible avec 46 degrés à mallorque pas de petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre, la saleté est présente partout dans cet hôtel c est honteux, il y avait des gens qui dormaient sur les balcons tellement c est irrespirable et sale dans la chambre, vous voulez prendre une douche se sera a l’eau froide et avec un filet d’eau. Cet hôtel ne devrait plus être ouvert aux public avant d avoir fait des travaux voir tout refaire. Le buffet du petit déjeuner et trés médiocre, les carrelage de la piscine se décolle un à un, la terrasse de la piscine jamais nettoyer on ose même pas marcher dessus a pieds nus. Les draps de la literie sont immonde. je pourrais encore donner beaucoup d’exemple mais les photos parlerons d elle mêmes.

Établissement un peu vieillot, mais ce n’est pas grave car il y a une super piscine et l’hôtel est situé à proximité De nombreuses activités, très proche de la mer à cinq minutes à pied et vous pouvez visiter le personnel est exceptionnel, super gentil et à l’écoute et très réactif à la moindre demande et niveau hygiène. Rien à dire Les femmes d’entretien passent tous les matins, super souriante. Vraiment je n’ai rien à dire sur cet hôtel. Vraiment il vaut leur cinq étoiles sur l’application.

La habitación tenía mal olor, la limpieza por parte del servicio era escasa, las sábanas manchadas, azulejos del baño sucios. Todo en general muy deteriorado
