Location is right across from the train station which made it easy for the type of traveling we were doing. Hotel is a bit away from the sights and restaurants but still walkable.

Everything is fine except for the room itself. It is of decent size but is crammed with large furniture. Passing around the bed is not possible if another person sits by the work desk. Huge wardrobe and huge useless glass shelf - there is even no place where to open the suitcase. My room maid was reluctant to leave coffee sachets, so I had to chase them at the reception.

Can't praise the Staff enough. Friendly and attentive to us all. Location ideal for Ferrara itself and with fast trains South to Bolgna, Florence or North to Venice.

Alessandro was very welcoming as soon as we walked in. This has been the best hotel experience we've had thus far and we are world travelers. We arrived late and tired, we had dinner at the hotel and were very happy with the food and as well as the service. We stayed in the junior suite - its not abundantly clear on Expedia, but its a king bed and a pull out double bed. It was perfect for our family.

Chosen because it is literally across the road from the railway station, we were not expecting the hotel to have so much style and comfort. The rooms were lovely and the staff incredibly helpful. Very pleasant stay.

This was a very convenient hotel right across from the train station. I’m a solo female traveler and felt very safe here. I will say there was a lot of pedestrian traffic with men hanging around the property but the hotel itself felt secure. The breakfast was also phenomenal.

It’s very nice, right in front of train station. Staff is kind, room was fine, breakfast is nice. My only complaint is rooms are not soundproof. I could even hear cell phones beeping from the room next to mine, so that was annoying.

The hotel is from a good chain, but it is located in front of the railway station. The area felt super dangerous, with hooded people standing around the corner. It is far from the city center and does not feel safe to come back walking at night (area deserted by 8 pm). Had major problem with room keys (had to change rooms after 4 back-and-forth to the reception). Reception staff not the friendliest attitude either. I moved to a similar hotel in the center and just ended up paying for the night I did not stay at radisson.
