Tired rooms, staff not particularly enthusiastic or communicative, slow to respond to requests for basics like towels and toilet paper, most of the focus on the glitzy casino attached, and bedbugs. This wouldn't pass inspection as a three-star in most Western countries. On the plus side, the breakfast was well done, there's a good restaurant next door (Happy) with contrastingly great service (so it is possible), and it's a short walk into the town centre and other attractions.

Gorgeous hotel in the very heart of Plovdiv. Close to everything of interest.

Helpful staff who all spoke English, breakfast was good quality, hotel was in a nice location and well maintained.

Great place, amazing view over the old town, good breakfast and their swimming pool without chlorine was pure joy. Only thing is the soundproofing but I guess it is common in hotels.

Everything was great, except the wifi in the room. It was so spotty and sun-times no internet at all.

Room,didn't cleening all week only taking rubbish out. Food good, swimming pool expensive, one entry 15 euros, weather very good

Staff unhelpful, I’ve never had to pay for a hotel pool before unless they have clearly stated there is a surcharge! (They didn’t) Beds incredible soft. There was a party which meant it went into the early hours of the morning and the rooms are not sound proof. Would NOT recommend. However they do have underground parking!! The one plus

The property is beautiful, close to everything, you are able to walk almost everywhere in the city from the hotel. You have to pay to use the pool and other amenities.

The property was located very well, the room was clean, spacious, quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful :)

Dry good breakfast, parking, nice room

We had a great stay at the hotel. It is at the entrance of the main pedestrian strip, 10 minutes walking from the old town, next to an excellent restaurant. Despite its size and the fact that the hotel was hosting a few business meetings at the time, in addition to having a casino, the hotel was quiet, and everything worked with precision.
