Beautiful hotel, great accommodations, room with an amazing view of Bucegi mountains, friendly staff, delicious restaurants on site, lobby bar very nice, pool and spa were great....we had an amazing stay and will return for sure!

Great Breakfast Nice clean rooms Pool side was very uncomfortable and small, between 4-6pm is only families and the require an appointment for less crowding but it seems at 4-6 everyone is there with children. Everyone is rude and unhappy in this town. The massage was amazing that is all. Not worth the money

I booked the "Standard Twin Room Without Balcony". When we checked in, we were given a room that looked quite old and not on par with what the hotel advertises -- it looked nothing like the photo they have in the listing. The carpet was stained in multiple places, the bathroom had no ventilation, old bathtub and overall "old" feeling. We were charged extra to be moved to the newly renovated side of the hotel which is in good shape and does look like advertised. That wasn't nice at all. The spa is nice, and the breakfast buffet has a variety of foods, desserts and drinks. The overall experience was good, but the bait and switch part was not.

We liked hotel location, however the 1st night we had a view over the back /trash area. Noisy early morning + bathroom functionality/shower was bad. 2nd night we asked to be moved so we had a view of the street with a balcony. Bathroom was better as well. Over all, 2nd night was better, however the inconvenience of packing and morning to a different room was not addressed by the staff. We would have liked for them to offer asap another room when we addressed the circumstances or better yet for them to consider we came a long way from California, so they could have given us one of their new renovated rooms. So, yes it was an inconvenience from the start that was not addressed or compensate for. Unfortunately! This was our 2nd time starting at hotel Sinaia, however we may consider other options next visit to Romania. Thank you.

Great hotel, also went to the pool which was a little small, and relaxed in the sauna for a bit. The food at the restaurant was great, we had breakfast, lunch and dinner there and everything was very good. The hotel is family friendly and my very young daughter had a blast.

Great location. The restaurants at the hotel are excellent and the SPA options were great as well. Overall, an amazing experience!

This was really amazung place for couples and family’s with children. Definitely recommend and will come next time , too.

Couldn’t turn off the radiators in the room and daytime temperatures were 20 degrees Celsius or more. A tiny safe for which there was no key. We only got a key when we changed rooms.

Carpet in the room was old, damaged and dirty, and so was part of the furniture. Bathroom not properly cleaned, disgusting blood stains on the walls and the bathtub curtain. Halls and amenities were pretty modern and clean. Breakfast was a rich, multi-option continental, restaurant spacious and accommodating.

The hotel looks very nice, breakfast really, really good, staff very polite and helpful, our family room was as new, so really enjoyed our stay. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the water in the hotel pool and its nearby jacuzzi was cloudy, nowhere near clear. It wasnt inviting and we didnt spend much time in it, so that was a let down especially as after 6pm you pay 20 RON per person to go into the spa area.

Not a 4* experience by a long way. This was a over-busy, jam-packed, overpriced resort hotel. The spa was too busy to be relaxing, and I never got near to the crowded pool even though booked. Warning - car parking was lamemtable. They do not manage the parking at all, allowing it to block and double park and then manage the crisis that follows. If you are catching a plane, give yourself an hour or two extra. Staff came over as disinterested, I can hardly blame them, the place is a human conveyor-belt. Good shower, but housekeeping was very poor and amateurish. We got professional but slightly begrudging reception service. (Why? There might be thousands of us churning through but we all paid you good money!). A doorman and the car park men did help us well (thank you again) but that's not a replacement for proper parking management. Lobby bar has the atmosphere of a empty factory. Of their restaurants, only Sina was worth visting. Good wine, but average Romanian food (mostly we had better elsewhere). No, we will never go back - looks like there are plenty lovely independent pensions nearby in beautiful old houses. The region and mountains were fantastic!
