A wonderful, traditional venue set in amazing grounds surrounded by banana trees. The dining area is obviously the original stables and I could imagine the cows and horses eating and drinking there, back in the day. A superb ' get away from it all' hacienda which is a short drive to Arucas or 5 euros in a taxi.

Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet location away from all the bustle.

Loved everything, thoroughly recommend. It's got a country house vibe yet is accessible by bus- stop at the end of flower-garlanded lane.

Super clean, beautiful views, we asked up to the city .8 miles have to watch traffic though. There is a bus stop right outside but we did not take it. Nice pool. Receptionist even called airlines for us because our luggage was lost. Very friendly staff.

It is a pretty property on the outside. But the rooms are ugly and dated. No A/C, breakfast is not good. Location is in the middle of nowhere.

Beautiful location, stunning building, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely room. Although the situation is very peaceful, there is no soundproofing between rooms, so significant noise from adjoining rooms is inevitable. Restocking of shower gel, robes etc requires prompting, although the staff will go out of their way to help. The receptionists are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This is a truly beautiful hotel in wonderful surroundings. We had a lovely large room with a beautiful bathroom on the first floor. A nice touch on the terrace running around the first floor was a cupboard with kettle and ingredients for making tea and coffee. Something you don't often get in continental hotels. The grounds and gardens were beautiful, the swimming pool was lovely and warm, pool towels and robes were provided. There were lots of lovely seating areas around the garden. Despite poor reviews on food we decided to dine in the hotel as we didn't want to drive back to the town. It was a set menu with 2 choices for each course. It was really bad. I had pork which was served with tinned carrots and tinned potatoes. Why tinned potatoes when the canarian fresh potatoes are fantastic? My desert was a Mango Mouse, which tasted awful, like a very runny angel delight. It is a crying shame, because the dining room is beautiful, with chandaliers, atmospheric lighting and the lady serving was charming. Breakfast, however, wasn't too bad.

Ett riktigt mysigt och trevligt hotell. Dock kändes junior sviten mer som ett standardrum och runt poolområdet var det rätt skräpigt. Middagen som ingick i halvpension var godkänd men inte mer.

Romantisk i bananplantasje like utenfor Arucas by. Store tradisjonspregede rom, gode senger, greit bad. Stort særpreget Jacussi-rom. Men dessverre litt for kaldt i rommet og i vannet. Bør være over 30grader i vannet. Trivelig plass til fire. Enkel og god frokost. Tre retters middag ulik fra dag til dag. Cava "on the house" både til frokost og middag. Velvillig og hyggelig betjening. En justyering av "musakken" ønskelig. Tror det var samme CD på repeat i seks dager! Leiebil noen dager ga gode muligheter for å se nordsiden av gran Canaria. Bussforbindelse Las Palmas - Arucas velfungerende.

I was there for one night and the service in the reception was amazing. But I only have one thing that was a bit irritating. In the evening I went to the restaurant and had some food and I unfortunately got the waiter that didn’t understand a word of English and he also order the wrong food but then the other waiter came in and helped and sort it out.

La hacienda es muy bonita con mucho encanto pero necesita muchas renovaciónes. Los cuartos de baño son poco prácticos y muy viejos La comida no es al nivel del sitio. No es nada práctico para los menos válidos Hay un jacuzzi muy bonito

ce qui nous a plu le cadre et le calme. ce qui ne nous a pas plu: le voisin fumant le cigare en continu devant la porte quand nous étions là. Il était donc impossible pour nous de profiter de notre devant de porte (hamac, fauteuils...)Nous ne pouvions même pas ouvris notre fenêtre pour aérer l'odeur du cigare s'infiltrait partout....

Det här är ett helt fantastiskt ställe. En riktigt mysig gammal hacienda mitt i en bananplantage, bara 20 minuter med buss från Las Palmas, för den som inte vill köra in i trängseln. Busshållplats 150 meter från hotellet. Stor parkering 50 meter bort. Frukosten var bra. Tyvärr så är väggarna papperstunna! Våra första nätter gick utmärkt, men sedan fick vi en granne som valde att ha TVn på långt in på natten. Det var helt omöjligt att sova. Men vi skulle nog ändå kunna åka tillbaka hit för att uppleva den fantastiska miljön. Pool, ångbad, jacuzzi och gym finns tillgängligt.

The building ,the facilities and the vegetation around the hotel are very beautiful and full of character. The only thing that should be improved is breakfast.Such a hotel should offer fresh fruit Juices ,real jam and marmalade in jars and more fruit,some cales as well.We expected bananas being surrounded by a plantation.Pity because the place is really beautiful and peaceful,near Arucas with its impressive neo gothic church and pleasant streets.

Pone que es 4 estrellas, pero en realidad no tiene nada que ver ni con 2 estrellas.

Man hört jedes Geräusch in den Nachbarzimmern. Housekipping ist nur 5mal pro Woche. Wir hatten Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Das Frühstück ist furchtbar. Die Backwaren sind steinhard und das Obst überreif. Frischer Orangensaft kostet extra. Das Personal ist freundlich, kann aber nicht weiter helfen. Als Kulisse ist es allerdings sehr schön anzuschauen.
