Reasonably priced. Very clean and comfortable.

My stay was very pleasant. Arrived late in the evening and was greeted and welcomed on my arrival. Found my room to be very clean and spacious, bit dated(1 bed studio) the furniture but comfortable. I was very impressed with the daily cleaning of my room . Well done to the ladies involved and thanks for for all your hard work .

The properťy is spotlessly clean and in a great location to access all Portimão has to offer. The only downside was the bed was terribly uncomfortable

Our balcony table was not clean and it wasn't cleaned even once during our stay. The kitchen lacked things like washing rags and towels etc. We had to wash the dishes using our hands. The other guests were EXTREMELY LOUD every single night - regardless if it was 1 AM or 4 AM, they were just shouting and screaming on the corridor and banging doors. It was terrible and it prevented us from resting at night. Absolute disaster.-

Great value for your money. Close to many places. Clean and very friendly staff.

The view from the 7th floor was nice. The people at the bar/coffee bar were great - especially the lady who worked on the Saturday and Sunday and Monday mornings. Cleaning staff did not do a good job . On the second day, they only left us one bath towel, and they didn't replace our hand towels. The building we were in needs a lot of upgrading and deep cleaning. The office staff did not know how we could phone from room to room. Dish cloth and dish soap would have been a good way for the next guests to feel that things were sanitary.

Le séjour c'est bien passé dans son ensemble, chambre spacieuse et propre mais quelques petits bémols : - mauvaise isolation acoustique des fenêtres - pas d’éponge pour laver notre vaisselle

They send me a welcome email i replied. I arrived they cold not find my reservation. Room was big and clean. Shower was not working. Fixed next day.

I loved my little apartment, it was very big and clean. Receptionist was helpful and good parking at property

Cleanliness,quite only problem was the elevator did not work properly, had to take the stairs a few times, was uncomfortable using it!

The room was a good size, a/c worked great, beds were comfortable but WiFi was awful and bathroom door would drag so when anyone used the bathroom it would wake the others. Little cafe next door was great and location is pretty good if you have a car.

The wifi in the room was not good
