The room was very spacious. Very nice to have kitchenette and table. Excellent breakfast selections. Helpful staff. Quiet.

Ended up staying at this hotel at the recommendation of family. The holiday rate offers were very affordable, the breakfast buffet us phenomenal, and the entire staff is extremely friendly. We initially ooked for 3 nights and ended up staying 7. The game room with billiards and a kid size table tennis set up was a nice toich to keep kids occupied.

Compared to many USA hotels this was value for the money. Very clean with a nice kitchen. Location was ideal for my needs.

Front desk check in was quick and so very pleasant. Friendly and warm greeting after a long drive.

Paid for 2 people on the hotels.com website and the hotel said we only paid for 1 . Would let us leave until we paid again. First room had sewage come up the shower second room had a mold smell. The staff was nice until checkout. There is very little parking

I was a little worried about orevious comments but our experience has been great. We are gear with our two teenage kids and the apartment is small but well designed. Previous comments about the shower are valid but it is manageable. Out main goal is to allow our teenagers to sleep while their dad is snoring and the separate bedrooms we had worked perfectly. It is a tight fit but the name is cocoon so we expected to be a little cozy! Great customer service at check in!

Checked in around 6 pm. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful. Spoke English well enough. She gave me a nice room on the third floor. Relatively spacious. Came with a kitchenette which I didn't use. Checked out around 8 am. The receptionist was pleasant and efficient--no hassles. The breakfast buffet was included in the room rate. Very good selection of breads, cereals, meats and egg dishes.

Nice hotel. Free coffee in the morning with free wi-fi. Had sauna but hot tub was not working. Included breakfast was great. Overall a very nice hotel

Das Zimmer war okay und aber. Allerdings ist das Hotel schon in die Jahre gekommen. Bequemes Bett.

Das Frühstück ist außerordentlich vielseitig und sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt kostenfreie Parkplätze am Haus.

Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber es war für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt. Gut gelegen, nettes Personal und hervorragendes Frühstück. Wir gehen wieder hin.

Prima en grote kamer, goed bed. Keukentje was voor ons een verassing en van de koelkast hebben dankbaar gebruik gemaakt om de boodschappen die wij altijd uit Oostenrijk meenemen en dag langer koel te houden.

I paid too much a superior room and I realized that the room was old fashioned and not so clean. I could accept it just for cheaper prices. The breakfast was good.
