Eu recomendo o hotel já estive várias vezes e o atendimento é excelente, tudo muito limpo as senhoras do pequeno almoço são sempre muito educadas e receptivas, com certeza voltarei outras vezes

Very friendly place, especially Pedro in the front desk! Note that the gym and spam close early at 9pm and only opens late at 8am.

Enjoyed our stay immensely. The breakfast was excellent; the rooms were clean.

Getting to the hotel was difficult because the road it is on was closed. Slowish check-in but no complaints after that. Room was nice and the location good. As others have, parked motorcycles directly outside reception. Felt safe.

Check in was smooth and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind that they will direct you to parking, so don't panic if it looks that there is nothing available when you pull up. My room was very clean and comfortable, and true to the pictures. I was able to control the climate in the room to my liking. The shower had good water pressure and drained well, and had a cute little window that let me look at out the mountains. This may have been my favorite hotel I stayed in in Portugal, and I would absolutely return if I was back in the area. I cannot speak to the spa or gym facilities, as I was only in town briefly and did not take advantage of them.

Friendly and helpful reception, clean, and offered a good breakfast. It also had its own parking facility at the back of the hotel. Great location.

The room is very comfortable and the view was amazing (however, if you stay on the other side of the hotel, the view is an oldish block of flats). Overall, the facilities are great. Only points that could improve: 1. They should control who comes in through the door on the 7th floor. No one asked me who I was and the door was opened without any question. 2. Eggs, bacon, and mushrooms were completely cold which was unpleasant. However, overall, the breakfast is good. 3. The room doors cannot be locked from the inside. Anyone can use a card to open it even if you "lock" it from inside. I would rather have some way of making sure that no one can have access to the room. These comments are just suggestions from improvement as, other than this, it was a good night's sleep.

Muito bom, especialmente para quem gosta de malhar. Possui mesmo uma academia bem legal e com instrutores, o que é raro em um hotel. Além disso, possui facil deslocamento para a Serra da Estrela.

Excelente estadia, ótimo atendimento na recepção, ótimo café da manhã. Hotel localizado junto ao jardim público da cidade.

Correu tudo bem com a estadia. Conforto e limpeza ok. Deixo apenas nota que a insonorização dos quartos deveria ser melhor. Bom acolhimento e simpatia dos empregados. Gostei muito do conceito de supermercado e espaço para aquecer comida, ainda que não tenha usufruido do mesmo. Espaço de lazer, após a recepção bem decorado, confortavel e acolhedor. Boa localização! Recomendo!! Obrigada pela disponibilidade e resolução com envio do peluche da criança que ficou esquecido no quarto!

Excelente servicio y locación

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e amáveis; os quartos confortáveis, o WC super espaçoso! Limpeza e excelente pequeno-almoço.

De uma forma geral, a estadia foi ótima. Acomodações muito boas, limpas, ótimo café da manhã com muitas opções e bom atendimento. Localização do hotel é excelente, pois fica bem próximo do centro histórico e de um lindo jardim. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com a escolha do hotel e com nossa estadia.

Ich war jetzt das vierte Mal im Sport Hotel. Wieder kann ich es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Leute hier sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Hotel ist sauber und in guter Lage, auch das Frühstück ist reichlich und man hat Abwechslung, selbst wenn man, wie ich, jeweils eine Woche bleibt. Lediglich im SPA fehlt ein zweiter Stuhl wenn sich mehr als eine Person darin befindet. Dafür gibt´s Bademantel und Handtuch kostenlos, man muss also nichts vom Zimmer mitbringen. Für mich ganz klar: Ich komme im Sommer wieder.
