Nice and clean hotel. I always stay here when I come to Penang.

All staffs are very friendly. Hotel location is near market and some famous kedai like Penang Road Laksa, Cheng Woh Medical Hall, Kimberly Street. Across the hotel is Lao Liu suan cai yu restaurant. Nice hotel to stay.

Great, strategic location and clean rooms

Nice hotel, comfort and spacious room, stunning view. Thanks to the frontdesk staff that we got seaview room. All the staff is nice, friendly, helpful. Keep the good work guys. The hotel just short distance to penang culinary, tourist attractions etc. Love it.

All the staff at Cititel Penang were very helpful and friendly. My child who uses a wheelchair and I felt very helped and given convenience. I was given 1 plastic chair to use in the toilet to make it easier for my child to take a bath. The room service menu was delicious. Didn't try the breakfast menu because access to the restaurant was not wheelchair friendly. 1 strange thing was that the breakfast ration was only for 1 person even though there were 2 people staying. The water dispenser was very helpful. The corridor to the room always smelled of cigarettes even though no one was smoking. Another good thing was that the receptionists called the room every day to ensure the comfort of their guests.
