Very friendly and got a room quickly

It's better to just remove the carpet, let it be just marble or granite or ceramic, so it's easier to clean and smells good.

The place is comfortable, cool, and cozy for weekends and business in Surabaya.

The hotel staff is nice and helpful. The hotel has quite a large garden outside with its coffee shop nearby. The room has a nice view, with the space of the room is quite spacious. Just one matter which is I booked the double bed but it turned out to be the 2 single bed for me and my husband. I booked this hotel because of the swimming pool, but them I got to know the it just opens till 6pm. But before 6pm it is too hot and sunny to have a swimm due to outdoor pool. So I got no chance to swim there 🥲

There are lots of mosquitoes in the room, the AC is not cold enough, the TV remote control is broken

Like an oasis in the Surabaya desert. Quiet, cool, and beautiful, yet very close to everything. This is an old hotel, but there's no eerie atmosphere at all. It's beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Perfect for families. Complete facilities, very clean rooms, fragrant pillows. The food is extraordinary. The oxtail soup, which was famous in the 1980s, is still incredibly delicious; I even heard the chef is still the same as before. Excellent.

Hotel Elmi is truly eco-friendly, perfect for a staycation with family and kids. The room service is also excellent, making you feel at home. I'll definitely book this hotel again next time I'm on holiday in Surabaya.
