Many of the employees here have been very senior since the hotel's inception. This is remarkable because it shows how well the management treats the hotel staff, which makes them happy and continue to work here. A great place for a staycation, the place is nice, spacious and the food is delicious, close to shopping centers and close to famous fruit sellers in Surabaya, basically if I go to Surabaya I will stay at the Elmi Hotel again
