Located on a very quiet street in a lovely part of the city. Lots of restaurants and shops and close to the ocean. Hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. The staff was very accommodating. Would stay there again.

This is an excellent hotel for a stay in Napoli. It is in a very busy neighborhood, within walking distance of superb restaurants. The coastline access to the piers also makes it a favorable destination for those planning a cruise. The site is well managed. Our only objection was the bedding. The down comforter generated heat, making for an uncomfortable sleep. Moreover, the pillows were dense and flat, much like a bag of flour, also uncomfortable for sleep. A cotton-based cover blanket and fluffy pillows would be most welcome.

Stayed at a lovely hotel tucked away on a quiet street just off Piazza dei Martiri, an ideal location that feels peaceful while still being central. The building itself has a beautiful historic charm, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff really stood out, friendly, helpful, and full of great local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything about the hotel and staff in my room was great, but I would’ve liked to have had access to a fresh bottle of water every morning included in the price, but it wasn’t. I could buy glass bottles of water from the mini fridge, but I don’t wanna take a glass bottle of water out with me for the day. The breakfast was good. Everything else was good.

Lovely hotel. The room had a tiny shower cubicle which was a pain but generally the room was fine. Great location.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is a big plus — just a few minutes’ walk from the centre, which made getting around very convenient. Overall, a great choice and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Naples. It seems the property was recently renovated and was super clean with beautifully decorated rooms and common areas. Reception staff was very helpful. Breakfast was also good with several options. The best part of this hotel is the location. It’s a five minute walk from the waterfront where there are many famous eating places as well as a five minute walk to the metro station. Many high-end shopping around. Highly recommend and would come back and stay here if we visit Naples again.

Great location, large, quiet rooms. A perfect place to stay in Naples

Water was provided only for the first night which is penny / euro pinching. We were staying for 9 nights and when I queried this I was told you can buy it from your mini-bar or the bar. Both expensive options, when if you had booked for individual nights it was standard. You do not get a reduced rate for multiple nights so why a reduced service ? The air conditioning did not seem to be able to be controlled which mean we were quite cold most of the time. Breakfast was not very impressive and the offering did not change for 9 days. It seemed as though they did not expect people to stay for long so would not notice ! Some of our tours started very early meaning missing breakfast. When I enquired about some thing being provided early, even in the room, I was told - NO in no uncertain terms. The place lacked any atmosphere - especially the 'deserted' bar area.

The hotel is in an ideal location close to the harbour and beach. Lots of shops and dining options in the area within walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very nice and the room was clean and comfortable.
