This hotel is a small hotel in a great location - city center (only a 5 minute walk to the Metro and 2 stops to the Acropolis). The rooms are well appointed albeit typically smaller as the hotel is in the city center. The bed was super comfortable. Great quality amenities and linens. Great water pressure in the shower. Sliding doors lead out to a large balcony with a table and 2 chairs and some plants. Breakfast was fantastic for a hotel in the city center. The staff was super sweet and extremely helpful. There are a number of great restaurants within a very short distance. I would definitely return and stay here again next trip!

My only complaint It was very noisy and loud in the middle of the night. People were yelling and running at the hallway and we were awakened by the commotion outside our room.

Pretty and nice!

I received stellar service from all staff, especially Lefteris, Eugénia, and Chris. Lefteris was particularly helpful with information and arranging take out breakfasts for 3 days of my 7 day stay. I had early tours and an early departure flight. Thank you!

Amazing staff!

Very clean rooms and a great area however the biggest highlight is the Team working there especially the receptionists. Very friendly, helpful and nothing is too much for them. Overall a great experience

My family and I just returned from our stay at Ilisia Hotel in Athens. This is the second time that we stay in this hotel as we were looking for a beautiful, clean hotel with personable, genuinely friendly staff and this is exactly what we enjoyed throughout our stay there!! Everything from the reception staff to the breakfast and cleaning staff were always ready to help, discreet and smiley which made our stay even more special!! It is a very sweet hotel and we were happy to know that they are expanding themselves as we speak to built apartments for guests! We would like to wholeheartedly thank everyone for everything they did for us and wish them a very happy and prosperous new year!!! We look forward to coming again in the summer!! Nice, clean, ok breakfast, great fresh orange juice, free minibar with beer and soda. The bathrooms on the upper floor need renovation, the showers are very small (bathroom on the first floor was completely new and great, but my colleagues weren't that lucky).

This is a true boutique hotel. Immaculate, friendly, and quiet.

Nice hotel, got my upgrade without asking. Only 30 minutes from the airport. Good selection at breakfast. Only real minor complaint is that there is only 1 lift which was slow.

Hotel is well located and staff are friendly and helpful however the property and furniture is quite dated, breakfast options are limited and the hotel definitely needs an uplift. Room amenities especially toiletries were subpar.

Great hotel compatible rooms with option to make coffee. The staff were fantastic free drink at the arrival. Vary good breakfast we will come again for sure

Hotel is in a great location -- close to public transportation, Concert Hall, restaurants, etc. Good breakfast in pleasant room. Helpful receptionists available 24 hours.

Friendly greeting. Clear information on facilities. Nice room for overnight stay. Breakfast, perhaps less choice than some hotels, but for me a good range of cooked food, fresh fruit, yoghurt and breads. Friendly and efficient check out. Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so.

The hotel and staff are very nice and in a great location but the room could have been in better shape. The shower head was broke and the bathroom lighting could have been better. There was some type of motor outside the room that constantly turned on and was loud. Very annoying and difficult to get to sleep!
