Great view at Wawel

Great location, we had a window at the Wawel Castle and Dragon statue. Hotel itself very bad state, dirty, old carpets, beds terrible, my bedsheets had a black hair on it and under a pillow (deffo not mine as I'm blonde). Staff friendly but proper renovation needed. Great if you just sleep in there if you dont mind outdated state.

The view of the river & castle, the big, spacious suite they gave us was really great, we're so happy, appreciate it & love it. I wish they have refrigerator in the room, though.

Fabulous position opposite Wawel Castle on the river. A reasonably quiet spot at night. Easy walking distance to everywhere in Krakow. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very big room with 3 huge windows and a perfect view for a good price. Comfortable beds. Bathroom was large and shower worked well. Hotel transfers were very good and on par with the Internet price wise. I would stay here again.

The room was far too hot and humid. The air conditioner didn't work properly, and the cleaning staff opened the curtains when they left which let the sun in to hear the room up. On the day I arrived, the hotel was hosting some kind of loud dance party.

The breakfast was fantastic. The view of the castle is very nice. The hotel could use a renovation though. It has a good location as it is just across the river. It’s a good value.

The room was very spacious and the shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure. Our room had a beautiful view of the castle and river. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. Staff very friendly. Hotel was quiet. Would recommend to others and would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is absolutely super! It is located diretely at the river with a nice view onto the Wavel. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is very good and lots of choises. The staff was very helpful and freindly. The only issue we had was that the internet sometimes was extremely slow or did not work at all. That was a problem, as the TV set had only Polish stations. Beside this small deficiency we would definetely return and recommend this hotel!

Great views of the Wawel Castle for sure. My wife and I were pretty happy overall. One thing that definitely was problematic was air-conditioning. We happened to be in Krakow in the beginning of August and it was very hot. The AC in the room was working, but it was rather weak. Otherwise, we felt the hotel was great. The staff was super friendly and very professional for Polish standards.

Hotel view was superb. Condition and state of hotel was very poor. Stained carpets, broken lights, broken air conditioning. A real disappointment on what was my honeymoon.
