Good hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable, the spa is the star of the show. Parking is great onsite, but please note you will have to enter a car lift so drive your car in. Once you have parked it’s recommended to walk to the main attractions, Overall very positive stay, would stay again

Friendly welcoming staff at check-in. The hotel is in a lovely location in Granada. Walkable to the centre. Definitely will stay again.

Ok for the money we paid

This hotel was quite lovely! The breakfast buffet was excellent! Finding the street and entrance to the front door was hard because google maps says you are there...but you are on the main drag still...so don't plug in the address on the website. But it is a lovely hotel and i would stay there again.

The checkin person was very nice. Understanding where he said for us to park in the garage was a bit confusing. The parking garage actually has an elevator lift for the car. It is enclosed, so don’t be claustrophobic. It took us down 3 levels to the parking garage. We parked, then took another elevator up to the lobby to check in again. Confusing, but we got it figured out. The room was ok, but small (Europe). The balcony was pretty cool over looking the courtyard and playground. The Air Conditioner would not cool. It felt cool at the vent, but not in the room. No matter what we did, it would not cool the room. The breakfast was decent, but extremely overpriced for what you get. It’s the same thing everyday. I did like getting an omelette and the fresh honeycomb. Overall, it was OK. This is just our experience.

God location

Perfect location for our four nights in Granada!!

Good stay. The rooms as well as the bathrooms are nice. The hotel has its own parking garage which is a big boon and saves you a lot of trouble. You can walk to the old town area as it’s not too far or just take a taxi. The staff is very very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was of very good quality. Good bread, great orange juice. PROBLEM: Breakfast opens too late. Many people waiting in lower lobby for it to open, and chaos occurs when doors open. Breakfast should be at convenient time for guests not convenient time for hotel. If upper management got up early and spent time in the crowd, they'd realize they have to open earlier.

It was okay. The customer service good, breakfast good, cleaninesd good. I wish the pool had more available hours except from 10 to 1130am for kids to swim so that eas a negative and disappoint

Room was tiny. Cupboard mirror door fell off it's runner nearly falling on my partner Shelf on top of fridge become very hot as it was placed directly on the fridge giving no ventilation Not given any details on arrival. Had to ask about breakfast and checkout Spa closed on Mondays! No swimming pool in a spa hotel!! 18€ \ night parking, very tight spaces and even driving around the carpark as car cramped in every corner. It took several shunts to park. The hotel is tired and showing its age. Breakfast was ok and staff were pleasant.
