Great location, close to coffee shops and restaurants (I guess that’s one of the reason they don’t have breakfast package) without the hustle and bustle. Spacious room, big bed with plenty of pillows, rubber flip-flop that you can actually wear (instead of those useless cloth slippers), solar power water heater, and the bathroom could be bigger. If you prefer an old school style hotel/bungalow accommodation, this is the place to go. I will definitely go back to this hotel on my next visit.

Nice location, cozy, quite, but lot of mosquitoes. The rest was fine as we were out most of the time. We consider to stay there again when we visit Bali in the future.

Actually this hotel is quite comfortable and beautiful, suitable for healing, has a private beach with spacious rooms. Only because it was only opened two months ago after being closed for operation due to the pandemic, the room was damp and the bed didn't smell good. Limited amenities. Hopefully, with the re-opening of tourism in Bali, this hotel will return to normal operations as usual.

The place is very comfortable, but the friendliness and service from the staff need to be improved.

The receptionist is very friendly, forget the name.

The hotel is nice and comfortable, fitting a room in front of the beach swimming pool. so the kids don't want to go from the hotel. We definitely go back there again.

The staff are friendly and deft in handling guest complaints. We were currently staying in Family Room 1 of 2 ACs that were damaged and the staff offered a room loan in lieu of rooms in the damaged AC so we could sleep comfortably. Thank you for the friendly and agile staff in handling guest complaints. Anyway, when the next holiday we will come on vacation here again.

Cozy hotel with an excellent location.

A very nice place for a vacation, close to the beach and shopping center. Very friendly staff, clean pool.

I always stay in this fantastic place when I'm in Sanur (which is every year). I love the place, the beautiful botanic garden's surroundings, I love the accommodation, I love the location (right near the beach and promenade) and I love the staff, they are very friendly. So yeah, I love it!) Only one remark: the food could be better. I always eat in the beach joint next to the restaurant of Peneeda.

Pros: super friendly stuff, excellent location for those who loves quite place, hassle free check in/out, it has beach (watu jimbar beach alongside sanur beach) clean and sirene, only three minutes away from the premise, many stores and restaurants nearby, local or western as well as eastern (e.g. sushi), strong WiFi signal in resto and front desk. Cons: no slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste provided. only shampoo, bath gel, and towels provided. so don't forget to bring your own or buy at nearby stores. breakfast menu is limited. you should order meal first then they will serve you as ordered WiFi signal on and off in my room, hard and thin pillow, quite soft spring bed, not so comfortable for person with back problem, fridge is placed outside room so you have to go to terrace to get bottled mineral water (2 bottles provided daily free of charge) definitely will be back again

Quiet hotel and very privacy.

Value for money once. Price 1.1 can be 2 rooms. Suitable for family holiday

The staff is efficient and very great kindness, the location is also great, the meal are correct, miss little things in the room (mini bar empty, socket, glass for brush tooth...)

The place is ok, perfect for a family holiday or a honeymoon
