We would give the hotel excellent if the rooms had air conditioning as that is the only issue we had given the high temperature outside but obviously if you stay in winter this would not be an issue The staff were very welcoming, friendly & helpful for anything we needed. Breakfast food choices were above expectation for price paid If you prefer quiet rooms, it’s best to try & stay facing back of hotel as front rooms although nice balconies can be noisy at night due to local bars & train station

Staff, especially Bashir who made a big difference by being such a nice person, plus the morning staff who were very helpful. The hotel is very convenient and close to everything. excellent hotel! My only recommendation would be to have a wider variety when it comes to the breakfast, other than that, very good hotel!

The woman at the reception is beyond unqualified. She got so many things wrong. She gave us all wrong rooms. We told her that our names and rooms didn’t correspond to what we booked. She insisted she was right. We were too tired to argue after long travel. So there we were crossing things out on the forms and writing our details again. Next day she told us to move rooms. She wouldn’t keep our luggage saying she did have luggage room. She would argue with guests entire stay telling them they were wrong. At the end of the stay she wanted me to take some heavy package saying it was mine because it was in my room. It wasn’t mine! Someone else left it there. She wouldn’t listen. Was yelling at me as I was walking away. What an experience.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The reception staff particularly. A great breakfast and marvellous postion near to railway station was a bonus. Good choice in my opinion!

We didn’t actually stay at Seefelds, they were doing some renovation so upgraded us to their sister hotel up the hill; Krumers Alpin. I can’t fault anything about this hotel, absolutely stunning, from the friendly staff, stunning location, rooms, bathroom, pool and leisure facilities, parking and food. Everything was amazing, so much so that I’m already reconsidering travel plans for next year to include another visit to Krumers.

Perfect location on the edge of town. Right next to the train station. Close to all the shops and restaurants. The staff are welcoming, the rooms superb, food great and the wellness area very well appointed. I rarely leave reviews but couldn't wait to recommend this.

Very nice surroundings! The breakfast buffet was excellent and the lady in charge of that breakfast was so nice host.

The Karwendelhof is a beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff. I very much enjoyed the nice breakfast, warm feel of the hotel, and Austrian hospitality!

Great hotel in the centre of the town. Fantastic staff who couldn’t do enough for you, especially the reception staff. The all inclusive is a great idea and good value with drinks included. Didn’t use the spa but did have a look and it looked great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Our only negative about our stay was that we didn't stay long enough. The staff are wonderful, cheerful and very welcoming. We loved our stay so much we are booking to stay longer in September

Very nice and friendly Hotel . located in the centre of Seefeld with on site parking and easy access to the main attractions . Excellent staff & service and very relaxing hotel. The breakfast is OK, the Lunch is more of a light snack , however, the dinner is great! Comfortable room / Hotel with new Spa . Recommend for all.

Der erste Eindruck beim Check in war grossartig. So hilfsbereit und freundlich und nett. Das Zimmer war super, wir haben gleich nach dem Bezug des Zimmers verlängert und dabei erst erfahren das wir ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ein Traum!
