Not the greatest hotel in Vienna. Helpful staff and complimentary breakfast a plus. Poor location for tourists, but could work for other purposes.

Oldish establishment with large rooms that had suspicious musky smell. Practical for one night stay.

Everything was great. About an hour and a bit of a walk from the city centre. Definitely reccomend

No complaints, stay was great. The airport transfer is just them calling a cab for you, so no real benefit.

The location of the hotel was great in that in a six minute walk you had access to buses, metro and street cars.

Hotel was impeccable and the staff was amazing

The rooms were great, clean, good size for three of us. We also had our dog and plenty of floor space for us, our luggage, and for our large dog to fit comfortably. The room was clean, there was parking on site for a fee, and a plus was the close proximity to public transportation. The nearby park had a dog area which was a bonus. The only negative about the room were the mattresses, they were not the most comfortable, but for three nights, all the other comforts made up for it.

Great location in terms of connecting transportation to the touristy places. Hotel was a bit old but nevertheless rooms were quite comfortable.

Steps to main entrance to the hotel is not safe. Outdated hotel.

The hotel was ok, but the staff doesn’t have comunication each other. I was with in three bedroom room and they gave me a couch with a blanket instead a bed. I spoke with different person about it and until next day nobody did nothing. I was in a tour and I added 2 day more to stay . I went to the reception to check in and out and they said you can stay at the same room, but when I came back they put my luggage in another place. I was frustrated.

I thought it was really close to the main train station but it turned out to be about a 15 minute walk. Not many dining options nearby. Also gotta walk over 15 minutes for a anything other than Turkish fast food. Facility is well kept and in safe location. Price not bad. Not too much to complain about. I would stay here again.

Upon arrival, our reservation for a 3 party family was not ready. The manager, Ms. Betül Demir confidently and efficiently made the necessary changes and within 10 minutes we were checked-in. The entire staff were very welcoming and professional and Hotel Rainers are lucky to have them as part of the team. This location is an older venue and the rooms with the wood floors appears most renovated vs. the green carpeted floors. There is a grocery store within 8 min walk in a more residential neighborhood with few restaurants. Easy access to metro system. Did not have breakfast here or use exercise facility. Hotel suited our needs and budget minded stays.
